Britney Pregnant! Paris and Nicole Split?

According to 'The Insider' magazine, "The Simple Life" stars PARIS HILTON and NICOLE RICHIE are splitting up.

Insiders claim, Richie -- whose dad is singing legend LIONEL RICHIE -- is planning a new reality TV show with her fiance DJ AM, real name Adam Goldstein.

Meanwhile, Fox TV bosses are on the hunt for a new partner for Paris on the riches-to-rags show that has made the socialites stars.

Sources say that the show's producers are considering KIMBERLY STEWART -- daughter of rocker ROD STEWART -- as a potential replacement for Richie.

Stewart says, "We can't talk about it. It's top secret... We're in the works with something very special."

Hilton says she's hoping to make some drastic changes to the program's format.

She says, "I've had three great seasons (on the show). I love the show and I just want to freshen it up and make it funnier, and bring new things in.

" It's gonna be a big surprise. And everyone is going to be very excited and happy about it."

50 CENT TOPS RIVAL CLOTHING LINE; DIDDY GETS DAY

Rap megastar 50 CENT is quick to point out the success of his G-Unit Clothing label to AllHipHop.com.

"G-Unit Clothing did $55 million its first year. Sean John did $23 [million] and Rocawear did $18 [million]," he said. "So like I said, I don't mind doing deals behind pole, as long as I do it better. I have their information. I can see what worked for them and what didn't."

SEAN "P.DIDDY" COMBS own Sean John, while another rap mogul, JAY-Z, owns Rocawear.

Meanwhile, Combs doesn't seem too concerned as he was set for the ultimate honor in Las Vegas on Friday, the declaration of "Diddy Day."

The Nevada city is declaring April 15, 2005, Diddy Day in honor of the music mogul's achievements. Las Vegas mayor and the city council honored Combs at a presentation inside the Desert Passage Mall at the Aladdin Hotel and Casino.

KLEIN FACING DRUNK-DRIVING CHARGE

"American Pie" actor CHRIS KLEIN is facing drunk-driving charges after a February arrest in California.

The Smoking Gun website reports that sheriff's deputies pulled over the 26-year-old Klein on February 2 while he was driving a 2003 BMW along a San Diego County highway.

According to the criminal complaint, Klein's blood-alcohol level at the time was more than double the legal limit of 0.08 percent.

The star was briefly booked into a detention facility under his full name of FREDERICK CHRISTOPHER KLEIN, where he posed for a mug shot and was fingerprinted.

Klein is due for arraignment later this month on the misdemeanor charges. If convicted the actor can receive the maximum penalty of six months in jail.

News of the charges comes just weeks after the March announcement that Klein and former fiancee, "Dawson's Creek" star KATIE HOLMES, had broken off their engagement after a five-year romance.

IT'S OFFICIAL: BRITNEY'S PREGO

After months of intense speculation, pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS has finally confirmed that she is pregnant.

In a letter addressed to her fans on her official website, www.britneyspears.com, Brit says: "The time has finally come to share our wonderful news that we are expecting our first child together."

The announcement came on Tuesday; the same day Star magazine ran a cover story proclaiming "Baby Crisis! Britney Rushed to the Hospital!" with details of pregnancy complications.

"There are reports that I was in the hospital this weekend, " The 23-year-old singer wrote on her site. "Kevin and I just want everyone to know that all is well."

I guess we'll have to add one more to our MILF list!

JORDAN'S BOOBIE-LICIOUS CAKE

British model JORDAN -- also know as KATIE PRICE -- has ordered a special wedding cake in the shape of her gigantic 32FF bust.

According to The Sun, the unusual cake is currently being whipped up by wedding cake designers Choccywoccydoodah, and will be unveiled as a surprise on Jordan's wedding day. "The bakers are trying to find the right cake mix - so her sponge doesn't sink," a source reveals. "She also thought it wouldn't be right for the day to pass without some reference to the assets that have made her fortune."

WEST COAST PEACE TALKS

Rapper SNOOP DOGG arranged a conference Wednesday to try to settle some of the West Coast's hip-hop beefs.

Fellow rappers XZIBIT, THE GAME, YOUNG MC, KURUPT and NATE DOGG all attended the proceedings, which was moderated by comedian STEVE HARVEY.

During the conference, Snoop said he ended his longtime feud with convicted producer SUGE KNIGHT and rap rival KURUPT, who has now rejoined Tha Dogg Pound.

Unfortunately, neither DR. DRE nor SUGE KNIGHT were in attendance.

Oscar-nominated actor JOAQUIN PHOENIX has reportedly checked himself into rehab to be treated for alcoholism two weeks ago.

The 30-year-old actor -- whose brother RIVER PHOENIX, died from a drug overdose in 1993 at age 23 -- entered the unknown clinic voluntarily.

His spokesperson says, "He was uncomfortable with the way he was living his life and found the courage to deal with the disease."

The "Gladiator" actor plays late country legend JOHNNY CASH in upcoming biopic, "Walk the Line," which is set for release later this year.

JOSS LAUGHS OFF UNDERAGE SEX CLAIMS

Teen singing sensation JOSS STONE has laughed off reports her 25-year-old boyfriend has committed statutory rape by having sex with her in California when she was just 17.

The age of consent in California is 18 -- meaning Stone and singer BEAU DOZIER had to abstain until she reached the legal milestone two days ago.

Dozier's father recently dismissed the suggestion any law had been broken: "She's a British citizen and the legal age there is 16.

"In the beginning Beau and Joss talked mostly on the phone as she was always traveling. They built up slowly. They were friends for a long time before it went further."

But Stone cheekily refused to confirm or deny any sexual wrongdoing, when quizzed at her birthday party in New York this week.

She said, "Well I'm 18 now."

'APPRENTICE' STAR ARRESTED

Self-made real estate millionaire CHRIS SHELTON -- who is vying for the chance to work with business mogul DONALD TRUMP on his current hit reality show," The Apprentice 3" -- was taken into custody early Sunday after he was arrested at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Florida.

Seminole police spokesman confirms Shelton was "loud" and "wouldn't calm down" when police were called after the hot-tempered reality TV star started arguing with hotel staff.

Shelton was partying with fellow "Apprentice" JOHN GAFFORD, where it appears he was upset about the $20 cover charge for the hotel bar.

In the police report, filed by the hotel's management, they state, "There were several patrons in the area who were visibly shaken by his actions. After several attempts to calm Shelton, he continued to yell and curse, refusing to calm down and stop causing a scene."

Shelton was arrested, booked and posted $250 bond on a misdemeanor rap of disorderly conduct.

On Thursday, Shelton was fired from the show. All but the final episode of "The Apprentice" has been taped.

ASHTON DENIES HE'S HOOKED ON VIAGRA

In a recent interview with Glamour magazine, actor ASHTON KUTCHER has denied rumors he's hooked on Viagra, but admits he has tried the drug on several occasion.

"I tried it, but I'm not addicted," he admits. "I don't have a hard-on now! I haven't taken it in years. I took it a few times recreationally. It's illegal [without prescription], but I've taken it." And Kutcher says it's not without benefits. "When I was a bit more sexually recreational - when you're involved with multiple people - it helps," he added.

MEL PLANS POPE MOVIE

Movie star MEL GIBSON is reportedly planning to follow his controversial film, "The Passion of the Christ", with a movie about the Pope John Paul II, who died this month at age 84.

The deeply religious actor/director is the member of a strict Catholic sect called the 'Holy Family.'

According to Page Six, Gibson dispatched a film crew to Vatican City on Friday to capture crowd scenes at the late pontiff's funeral for future use.

"The Passion of the Christ" scored massive success at the box office -- despite allegations it is anti-Semitic -- raking in a reported $604 million at the box office worldwide.

Gibson was recently reported to be planning another religious epic, about three children who claimed to have seen a vision of the Virgin Mary in Fatima, Portugal, in 1917.
