EURweb.com reports that R&B beauty BEYONCE has fired her dad over an incident with one of her dancers.

According to published reports, the final straw in the strained relationship came when one of Beyonce's back-up dancers accused her manager/father MATTHEW KNOWLES of harassment. Meanwhile, Knowles apparently hasn't shown up for work at Sanctuary Urban Records Group in a month. Workers at the label were made to sign a confidentiality agreement earlier this week that forbids discussion of the current situation.

Earlier this week, WBLS radio's gossip queen WENDY WILLIAMS mentioned an alleged affair between Matthew and the dancer. Sources have since confirmed to EUR that Beyonce fired Mathew as her manager upon learning of the allegations. This recent affair is the latest in a series of infidelity rumors that have been reported about the businessman for years.

Knowles began managing his daughter in the early nineties during the formation of DESTINY'S CHILD with Beyonce, her cousin KELLY ROWLAND and two other friends.

Not being able to find a bathroom in time, Spears rushed from the water and was seen being sick on the side of the pool.

KYLIE HAS BREAST CANCER

Sexy pop beauty KYLIE MINOGUE has been diagnosed with breast cancer. The Australian singer's management announced on Tuesday that the Australian leg of Kylie's 'Showgirl' tour would be postponed while she receives treatment. The statement read, "Whilst at home in Melbourne with her family this week prior to her Australian Showgirl tour, Kylie was diagnosed with early breast cancer. She will undergo immediate treatment and consequently her Australian tour will not be able to proceed as planned."

The 36-year-old singer herself added, "I was so looking forward to bringing the Showgirl tour to Australian audiences, and am sorry to have to disappoint my fans. Nevertheless, hopefully all will work out fine and I'll be back with you all again soon."

In the past, Minogue has auctioned one of her bras to raise money for breast cancer research and worked to raise awareness of prostate cancer, after her father was diagnosed with it.

On Saturday, News of the World reported that Minogue had golf ball sized growth successfully removed from her breast and had been given the good news that the cancer has not spread. "Thankfully, tests so far have confirmed the earlier diagnosis that the cancer appears to be confined to the breast," Minogue's manager said. The singer is currently recovering in her parent's mansion in Melbourne with longtime boyfriend OLIVIER MARTINEZ by her side.

CHAPELLE'S NOT CRAZY?

Comedian DAVE CHAPPELLE has struck back at reports that he's crazy after reportedly checking into a mental facility in South Africa -- insisting that he's just "stressed out."

Entertainment Weekly reported Chappelle entered the facility last week, leading many fans to worry about the future of his hit comedy program, "Chappelle's Show." Studio bosses at Comedy Central -- who recently signed Chappelle to a $50 million contact -- also have been eagerly waiting for an explanation.

But Chapelle has contacted Time magazine to explain why he fled to South Africa, effectively stalling the new season of his show.

He tells the magazine that he needed to take a break from the show because he was unhappy with the direction it was going.
