TMZ reports that just eight days out of rehab, troubled actress LINDSAY LOHAN was arrested at 2 o’clock Tuesday morning for driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a suspended license and possession of cocaine after Santa Monica Police pulled her over for chasing a Cadillac Escalade.
According to police reports, Lohan was administered a field sobriety test and failed. Where it was later discovered that her blood alcohol level was between 0.12 and 0.13 (the legal limit in California is 0.08). During her booking, police also found cocaine in the actress’ pants pocket. She was later released on $25,000 bail.
During a press conference later that morning, Lt. ALEX PADILLA of the Santa Monica police tried to explain the situation. It turns out that Lohan's assistant TARIN GRAHAM quit hours before the incident occurred, and when the assistant's mom came to pick her up, Lohan started chasing them in a car.
The assistant's mom felt threatened and immediately called the police, telling them that White GMC Denali was following them and that she was going to go to the nearest police station. The police later found Lohan and the woman in a "heated debate" in the parking lot of Santa Monica's Civic Auditorium at 1:30 a.m.
In a statement to the ‘Access Hollywood’ TV show, the 21-year-old Lohan pleads her innocence concerning her arrest for DUI and narcotics possession. Lohan says, “Yes. I am innocent... did not do drugs they're not mine. I was almost hit by my assistant Tarin's mom. I appreciate everyone giving me my privacy."
A close source to Lohan also contends that the cocaine was not the actress’ and that she was wearing someone else's pants.
Meanwhile, Lohan has checked herself back into rehab on Thursday at an undisclosed location.
This was Lohan’s second arrest within three months. Just a week ago, the hard-partying star was formally charged for a previous DUI, after crashing her Mercedes convertible while intoxicated and then trying to flee the scene back in May.
But right when you think it couldn’t get much worse for Lohan, TMZ has an incriminating interview with three men, who claim that the ‘Mean Girls’ star took them hostage during the wild car chase that led to her DUI arrest.
The three men, DANTE NIGRO, JAKON SUTTER and RONNIE BLAKE, claim that they were all invited to a Malibu party by the actress because they were friends with her former assistant's boyfriend, but ended up getting involved in the car chase when Lohan decided to hijack their vehicle. According to one of the men, after Lohan's assistant told her she quit, Lohan started "raging" and jumped in their SUV that they were waiting to leave in. As she started driving, one of the passengers jumped out scared and she ran over his foot. They claim the actress was driving about 100 mph and recklessly blowing red lights during the pursuit. When Lohan caught up with the assistant she allegedly began doing circles on Pacific Coast Highway around the assistant's car, at one point saying, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity! I can do whatever the f*ck I want!" One of the passengers says he tried to grab the wheel, but Lohan threaten him, "If you touch me I'll sue you."
The two vehicles finally stopped in a parking lot when police arrived, where Dante claims he overheard Lohan telling officers, "I wasn't driving. The black kid was driving."
Dante and Jakon also say they saw Lohan fail the sobriety test, “When she tried touching her nose, she almost fell over.”
“The Insider" TV show reports that the three men plan on filing a lawsuit against Lohan. A rep for the men says if an agreement cannot be reached amicably they will present her attorney with a civil complaint.
What does this all mean for the freckled face starlet? According to some legal experts, Lohan could be facing 6 years in prison if she’s convicted of all the current charges against her, which includes (take out your calculator) 2 DUIs, 2 counts of possession of cocaine, transporting a narcotic into a custodial facility, driving on a suspended license, drinking underage and fleeing the scene of an accident. Boy, this girl is hardcore!!!

PARIS MAKES OUT WITH MISCHA’S EX

Us Weekly reports that hotel heiress PARIS HILTON was caught making out and smoking dope with her long time nemesis MISCHA BARTON’s ex-boyfriend.
According to the tabloid magazine, sources reveal that they saw Hilton and Barton's grungy former flame CISCO ADLER at Guy's Karaoke bar in West Hollywood last Tuesday getting hot and heavy in several steamy make out sessions and openly smoking marijuana at the club.
A witness added that at one point, “Paris went so far as to give Adler a little lap dance.”
Barton – who stars in the hit TV series ‘O.C’ – reportedly broke up with Adler shortly after a disturbing and graphic nude pic of the wild rocker was found in Hilton's belongings.

NICOLE GETS 4 DAYS IN JAIL

TMZ reports that celebrity socialite NICOLE RICHIE was sentenced to four days in a Los Angeles County jail after she pleaded guilty to DUI charges last Friday morning.
According to the celebrity gossip site, Richie was also fined $2,048, was ordered to attend a 21-days alcohol education program and will be placed on three-years probation.
Nicole –- the adopted daughter of pop legend LIONEL RICHIE -- was cited back on December 11th when police officers approached her car after several 911 calls reported her driving the wrong way down the Burbank Freeway.
The ‘Simple Life’ star was reportedly parked in the carpool lane and talking on her cell phone when police arrived at the scene. When questioned, the 25-year-old starlet admitted she was high on Vicodin (a strong painkiller) and had been smoking some marijuana.
However, this was not Richie’s first DUI offense. Back in 2002, Richie was arrested for driving 50 down a 15 mph zone near UCLA. At the time, she had a .13 blood alcohol level –- which is almost twice the legal limit. Six months later, she was convicted for possession of heroin and driving on a suspended license.
Because Richie admitted to her actions, the judge gave the young star a reduced sentence. Her ‘Simple Life’ co-star, PARIS HILTON, on the other hand, denied any wrongdoing and was handed a 45-day jail sentence despite only being convicted of driving on a suspended license.

Looks like she’s single fellas! Us Weekly is reporting that ‘Fantastic Four’ beauty JESSICA ALBA has dumped longtime boyfriend CASH WARREN -- over the phone last week.
Sources tell Us that the 26-year-old Alba -- who was abroad last weekend promoting ‘Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer’ -- called the 28-year-old producer and bluntly told him, "I'm not in love with you anymore." That’s harsh!
The couple had been dating for over two and a half years but within hours of their bitter conversation last week, Alba reportedly sent her assistant to the L.A. home they shared to pack up Warren’s belongings and move him out.
The breakup “happened… almost out of nowhere,” a source tells Us. “He[Cash] thinks its for another guy, but doesn’t know….he’s totally devastated. But it was all her.”
KATE’S SEX TAPE SCANDAL?

Supermodel KATE MOSS and troubled rocker PETE DOHERTY recently split just a month ago, but before the break-up, it appears the two videotaped some of their sexual exploits together. The British Sun reports that Moss was going frantic because two sex tapes she allegedly made with her ex-boyfriend have gone missing.
According to newspaper reports, the former lovebirds made a total of eight tapes and Moss had already destroyed six -- but the 33-year-old catwalk beauty can't seem to find the remaining two and is afraid the druggie Doherty would try to sell them for money.
A source explained to the British newspaper, “There are still some bits and pieces floating about of Pete with Kate. She has got rid of most of it. Six out of eight tapes have been destroyed. But she wanted to bury the lot before he could humiliate her by selling them or putting them on the Internet... Pete could do what he wants with them. And we all know what Pete can do when he’s desperate for a bob or two."
Many insiders believe that the missing tapes may contain explicit footage of the couple having sex. I’ll make the popcorn!
