Anna Nicole's Breasts

It seems that in 1994 Anna Nicole Smith was filmed while taking a boob job. Her lawyer Howard K. Stern filed a lawsuit in July 2007 against Dr. Gerald Johnson and his wife on the reason that Anna never gave her consent for taping.

According to court records the doctor distributed the tape to a dealer after Anna died in February 2007.

Larry Birkhead declared that: "It was clear that Anna Nicole was unconscious during the videotaping, and even more disturbing, the videotape focused on areas of her nude body that were unrelated to the location of the surgery."

The judge issued a final ruling barring the Johnsons from selling or distributing the video.
