Britney Taking Measures, Paris Engaged Again?

The New York Daily News reports that pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS has booted husband KEVIN FEDERLINE out of their Malibu mansion.

The couple allegedly got into a big fight which resulted in Federline leaving to stay at the Beverly Hills Hotel. Rumor has it that Spears went berserk when a pot-packing pal of the Federline’s showed up at their house.

"Britney turned around and fired two of her longtime security guards for letting what she called 'the weedman' into the house," a source tells Star magazine. "She just seemed crazy with anger."

Following Federline's exile, Spears and her girlfriends headed to DJ AM's new Hollywood club, LAX, where they danced and partied the night away.

In a related story, Spears is now purportedly seeking help from a psychic after her husband reportedly refused to see a marriage therapist.

“She's willing to have a third party arbitrate the problems,” a friend tells Life & Style Weekly, but her husband of 15 months allegedly refused, saying, “That's for crazy people. If you want to see a shrink, go by yourself.”

Spears went to a psychic needing some definite answers. “She wants to know if Kevin will cheat, if they'll have another child and if the marriage will last," the pal said. Spears -- who is said to be up for a role in Broadway's Sweet Charity -- also asked the psychic if it would be a good idea to find a role in the play for her husband, according to the publication. The psychic said that would just mean more problems."

Now you may be wondering why BRAD PITT is on the list since he’s technically not a father. Then again, People Magazine reports that Pitt has started the process to adopt girlfriend ANGELINA JOLIE’s two kids.

In a written statement, the actor’s publicist informed the Associated Press on Friday that a legal petition seeking to change the names of the children to ZAHARA JOLIE-PITT and MADDOX JOLIE-PITT was filed in Los Angeles.

“We are confirming that Brad Pitt is in the process of becoming the adoptive father of both children,” the statement said. “No further comment is being made.”

LOST AND DRUNK

People Magazine has learned that actresses MICHELLE RODRIGUEZ and CYNTHIA WATROS of the popular TV series ‘Lost’, were arrested Wednesday night in Hawaii on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol.

The two stars -- both driving in separate cars – were likely coming from the same party. After being detained, both actresses posted $500 for bail the next morning.

This wouldn't be the first driving-related mishap for Rodriguez, who last year pleaded no contest to three misdemeanors (a hit-and-run, driving with a suspended license, and driving under the influence) stemming from two 2003 incidents in L.A. She was sentenced to 48 hours in jail, community service and treatment in a 30-day alcohol program.

THE BENNIFER’S HAVE A GIRL

Us Weekly reports that actress JENNIFER GARNER has given birth to a baby daughter on Thursday. The ‘Alias’ actress -- who’s married to actor BEN AFFLECK –- was due to deliver on December 8th but had her labor induced a week earlier at an L.A. hospital.

The pair reportedly plan to name their first child, VIOLET.

Affleck, 33, and Garner, 34, were married June 29, almost two months after news of the pregnancy was leaked.

ENRIQUE INSISTS HE’S OF NORMAL SIZE

And the false stories are having a detrimental effect on his relationship with tennis beauty ANNA KOURNIKOVA.

PARIS ENGAGED AGAIN?

Digital Spy tabloid website reports that just two months since her split with fiance PARIS LATSIS, ‘Simple Life’ star PARIS HILTON is reportedly set to marry again.

STAVROS NIARCHOS, her Greek billionaire-heir boyfriend has proposed to her last week and Hilton has accepted. "People have commented that it has all happened quickly but they have known one another for ages so they don’t feel it’s that much of a big deal," said a source close to the sexy socialite. "They are completely smitten."

However, after her split with Latsis just two months ago, Hilton announced, "I’ve realized that this is the right decision for me. I feel I’m just not ready for marriage."

In a related story, the New York Daily News reports that during a party after the American Music Awards, Stavros got into a verbal brawl with his girlfriend’s ex-fiance Latsis, and later puked before making it to the bathroom.

"Stavros and Paris [Latsis] were yelling at each other near one of the VIP tables," says a witness at L.A.'s Privilege. "Paris finally dragged Stavros away." Another source at the party says that shortly afterward, an ill-looking Stavros rushed into a rest room -- but didn't quite make it to a stall.

"He puked everywhere," says the witness. "[He and Paris] finally left the party after she got him out of the bathroom and cleaned him up."

SCOTT STAPP’S DRUNKEN ANTICS?

The New York Daily News reports that former Creed frontman SCOTT STAPP has been spotted obnoxiously drunk in public on several occasions.

His first drunken appearance was on the Spike TV show ‘Casino Cinema’.

"According to multiple sources on the set, the 32-year-old Stapp appeared intoxicated when he arrived… and proceeded to terrorize hosts BETH OSTROSKY and STEVE SCHIRRIPA, the producers and the crew… with his boorish and vulgar antics. 'From the moment he walked into the studio, he was rude, belligerent and drunk,' reports a source. 'With Beth, he was nothing but extremely mean, sexist and an all-around jerk.'

Stapp was also reported to have curse with "every other word," called a female producer a "bitch," flipped off the entire crew at least once while also referring to Ostrosky -– HOWARD STERN's girlfriend -- as a "bimbo."

He also found time to take shots at BONO, THE EDGE and DAVE GROHL.

Another drunken incident occurred when Stapp encountered rival rock band 311. On their official website, 311 had this posted last Tuesday:

"We did not intend to discuss this incident publicly, but since rumors are beginning to spread we'd like to set the record straight… Band members CHAD SEXTON, SA MARTINEZ & P-NUT were relaxing in a hotel lounge with their wives and friends watching a basketball game on television.”

“Scott Stapp entered the bar. He appeared intoxicated. He drank a shot at the bar and then threw his shot glass, smashing it on the bar… He then sat down next to SA and his wife. He made a disrespectful and crude remark to SA's wife. Chad and SA asked him to step away. He then sucker-punched Chad. Scott was looking for a fight -- and that's what he got. A fight ensued. Soon the police arrived and everyone was restrained and questioned; and Scott was ultimately asked to leave the hotel."

Stapp has yet to respond to the allegations.

50 CENT MAKES $500,000 DURING BAT MITZVAH

50 CENT is said to have earned $500,000 dollars for less than 30 minutes work at a Bat Mitzvah for ELIZABETH BROOKS -- the daughter of multi-millionaire DAVID H. BROOKS. According to the New York Daily News, 50 Cent performed only four or five songs while managing to work in the lyrics, "Go shorty, it's your bat miztvah, we gonna party like it's your bat mitzvah." A witness revealed, "Fitty and his posse smelled like an open bottle of Hennessy."

Brooks, who ironically made his fortune in the body armor industry, paid over $10 million dollar for the days entertainment held at the Rainbow Room in New York, which also included star-studded performances by NELLY, CIARA, TOM PETTY, STEVIE NICKS, JOE PERRY and STEVEN TYLER of Aerosmith, JOE WALSH and DON HENLEY of The Eagles, KENNY G and DJ AM.

Brooks is said to have chartered his private jet to pick up Tyler and Perry from their Saturday concert in Pittsburgh and paid them $2 million to play a 45-minute set.

XXX-TINA SET FOR FAMILY LIFE

"She's been saying that once the world tour she's planning for next year is over she wants to concentrate on starting a family," a source revealed.

In related news, the 24-year-old pop superstar is even considering changing her name to MARIA BRATMAN.

The newly married singer wants to take his surname -- for legal purposes.

She says, "I'll probably always be Christina Aguilera professionally, but I'm thinking of changing some legal things and going by my middle name Maria and his last name."

JESSICA’S BIG MISTAKE

TMZ.com reports that before NICK LACHEY and JESSICA SIMPSON got married, he drew up and asked his future bride to sign a pre-nuptial agreement -- but Simpson adamantly refused to sign.

When the couple married in October 2002, Lachey was financially better off than his better half. The former 98 Degrees singer was concerned enough about his financial security to take legal measures to protect himself.

However during their marriage, the financial tables turned drastically when Simpson surpassed Lachey’s earning power. Her endorsements, along with appearances and other revenues, reportedly earned Simpson $35 million in 2004 alone.

Under California law, since the couple did not sign a pre-nup, earnings during the marriage are divided 50/50.

If the couple doesn't settle out of court, Lachey would be entitled to tens of millions of Simpson's earnings during their three years of wedlock.

CRAWFORD’S ORGY ORDEAL

According to the British Sun newspaper, supermodel CINDY CRAWFORD has revealed she almost quit the lucrative life of modeling to concentrate on her studies -- after witnessing a drug-fuelled orgy in Milan.

The supermodel-with-the-signature-mole won a Chemical Engineering scholarship to Northwestern University in Illinois when she was 18, but chose to try out as a catwalk superstar first.

However, she almost changed her plans when she realized just how wild the world of modeling was.

In a recent interview with Maxim men’s magazine, Crawford confessed, "I was at dinner in Milan with several big photographers and several of the big models at the time, and there were people snorting coke right there.

"This one girl got up on the table, wearing a short skirt and nothing underneath.

I called my mom, and said, 'I can't do this. Get me re-enrolled'

MONKEY GONE, PARIS CRIES

According to Britain’s Daily Star newspaper, hotel heiress PARIS HILTON reportedly broke down and sobbed after authorities took away her beloved pet monkey.

The blonde socialite is said to have been devastated after Los Angeles officials ordered her to hand over the primate –- aptly named BABY LUV -- because it's classified as an illegal pet. Hilton, who bought the monkey during a trip to Las Vegas last summer, allegedly refused to give up her hairy friend, so authorities went to her home to confiscate the animal.

An insider tells the newspaper, "Paris adores animals but she's too impulsive and often buys exotic pets without understanding how to care for them or whether they can legally be kept as pets."

The source added, "She recently fell in love with a baby kangaroo while filming in Queensland and asked for it to be boxed up and shipped back home. But she was forced to send it back when she discovered they grow up to be very violent. "It's the same with Baby Luv. She had no idea she was breaking the law when she smuggled him into LA."

KIMBERLY’S SHORT-LIVED ENGAGEMENT

ROD STEWART’s daughter KIMBERLY has ended her 11-day engagement to reality TV star TALAN TORRIERO, after realizing it was "too soon" to make such a serious commitment after less than two months of dating.

The 26-year-old blonde socialite and the 19-year-old "Laguna Beach" star became engaged on November 16, with Torriero presenting Stewart with a $300,000 five-carat ring.

However, the couple released a joint statement Sunday, saying, "It was just too soon to enter into a lifelong commitment.

"It is better to have a brief engagement than a short marriage. The couple continue to share their time together and remain open to whatever the future may hold."

The split marks the second broken engagement for Stewart this year. In May, she ended her long-term romance with musician fiance CISCO ADLER –- who’s now reportedly engaged to ‘OC’ actress MISCHA BARTON.

USHER DITCHES MODEL GIRLFRIEND

JACKO’S NOT THE NATURAL FATHER?

Pop king MICHAEL JACKSON's ex-wife DEBBIE ROWE has allegedly told an Irish newspaper the singer is not the biological father of their children, PRINCE MICHAEL JR. and PARIS.

Rowe -- who was married to Jackson for three years between 1996 and 1999 -- claims her 8-year-old son and 7-year-old daughter were both conceived using anonymous semen brought from a sperm bank.

She tells the Sunday World newspaper, "Michael knows the truth -- that he is not the natural father of Prince Michael Jr. and Paris. He has to come clean.”

"I have no information whatsoever about the identity of the donor for either child as such was obtained anonymously from a sperm bank under an agreement of confidentiality."

But now Rowe has slammed the story, insisting she was in the U.S. nursing a cold at the time of the alleged interview.

Her lawyer said that Rowe would never make a press deal that might risk her visitation rights and has never spoken to any newspaper.

LOHAN LINKED TO JACKASS?
