Eva Flips Out On Cop, Tori Engaged Again!

The British Sun newspaper reports that actress COURTENEY COX displayed her strong support for her ‘Friends’ co-star JENNIFER ANISTON during an awkward face-to-face encounter with BRAD PITT on Wednesday.

Cox was at the swanky Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles when Aniston's ex-husband came into the hotel with pals. He confidently walked over and offered to buy her a drink but Cox just offered a cold shoulder and a polite, "Thanks, but no thanks."

A witness told the publication, "Brad really got the brush-off. Courteney saw him making his way across the room and swiveled in her chair to face the opposite way.

Brad stood right next to her and tried to strike up a conversation but she was having none of it. It was embarrassing for Brad. He had a few friends with him and she just made him look stupid. He tried to buy her a drink but she politely told the barman she didn’t want one. Brad walked away with his tail between his legs and a look of bemusement on his face."

NAOMI SLAMS PLASTIC SURGERY RUMORS

The 35-year-old diva hates hearing rumors about how she maintains her famous face and figure, and insists her natural approach to life helps her look amazing.

She says, "I just take care of my body. I don't drink alcohol and I work out for two hours a day.

"I don't see myself as gorgeous and I'm fed up with people saying I've had plastic surgery and lipo. I don't need it because black don't crack.

"My grandmother has fantastic genes and only has about one wrinkle."

Pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS delivered her first baby by husband KEVIN FEDERLINE in September and In Touch Magazine is reporting that she’s ready to start trying for baby number 2.

Despite the widely reported woes in the marriage between the singer and her aspiring rapper husband, Spears is eager to give their son SEAN PRESTON a sibling “the sooner the better.”

“Britney was advised to wait at least three months after her baby’s birth before trying to get pregnant again,” a pal was quoted as saying. “Now that that’s passed, she wants to try right away.”

Spears reportedly is hoping for a girl this time around, and is actually believes that another baby will help smooth out her stormy relationship with Federline. “She is hoping another baby will strengthen her marriage to Kevin,” another friend told the magazine.

JESSICA MOVES ON

People Magazine reports that less than two weeks after filing for divorce in a Los Angeles Superior Court on December 16, pop singer JESSICA SIMPSON has begun her new life –- by purchasing and moving in to a $3 million Beverly Hills home.

"She's happy to have a house that's hers," a close source tells the magazine. "This is the first time she's making her own decisions."

It was announced earlier in the week that the couple plan to keep the divorce proceedings as quiet as possible by requesting the case be assigned to a private judge and not aired in open court.

Some details are known, however. Simpson asked that she not pay alimony to her soon-to-be ex-husband, NICK LACHEY.

Says a source close to the former 98 Degree singer, "There is no squabble, and we are hoping for a quick and private procedure." Which may be why Simpson did not oppose a judge helping settle issues such as distribution of property, according to the divorce papers.

As for the split, Lachey "knew it was coming," says the source. "He was hoping for the best, but as time went by he was prepared for what became inevitable."

BRAD ISSUES LEGAL THREATS OVER NUDE PICS?

Hollywood star BRAD PITT has threatened legal action against anyone who publishes recently-taken nude photographs of the actor.

The ‘Fight Club’ star was reportedly sunbathing naked on the balcony of his Los Angeles home recently, when a sneaky unknown photographer snapped Pitt in his birthday suit.

The New York Post reports that Pitt's lawyer’s have written a letter to all major American tabloid magazines and newspapers, warning the star will sue if any damaging images are published.

Earlier this month, Pitt's ex-wife JENNIFER ANISTON filed an invasion of privacy suit against a snooping paparazzo after he snapped the former "Friends" star sunbathing topless at her Hollywood Hills mansion.

NELLY’S STOLEN PIMP JUICE

Rapper NELLY is reportedly "saddened" after learning that 3,000 cases of his energy drink Pimp Juice were stolen from a truck last Thursday.

Music website AllHipHop.com is reporting that a truckload of the sweet beverage, bound for Trinidad in the Caribbean, was emptied in his hometown of St. Louis, by a mystery gang.

Nelly says, "Somebody's holiday parties are going to be poppin'. Our company is prepared to handle situations like this, but it is sad that people get desperate this time of year."

WILLIAM WOOTEN, president of Fillmore Street Brewery, which manufactures Pimp Juice, adds, "It is unbelievable to think that someone would steal an entire truckload of our product. I guess the only positive thought on the subject is that this means the product is in high demand."

EMINEM SETS HIS WEDDING DATE

Rapper EMINEM is making good on his promise to reunite with his ex-wife KIM MATHERS -- the couple are planning to exchange vows again on January 14.

Star magazine has obtained the official wedding invitation which the rapper sent out to close family and friends over Christmas after revealing in a radio interview that he and his ex had reconciled.

In the invite, the ‘Slim Shady’ hitmaker states, "This day I will marry my best friend, the one I laugh with, live for, love."

He then invites his friends and family to attend the wedding of Kimberley Anne Mathers and MARSHALL BRUCE MATHERS III (Eminem's real name) on January 14 at 5 p.m.

The couple have started living together with their daughter HAILIE, Kim's niece ALAINA and her daughter from a former relationship, WHITNEY, who the rapper has legally adopted.

Eminem wed Kim in 1999 when his career was beginning to take off, but filed for divorce just 14 months later. The couple finally divorced in 2001.

Unfortunately, not everyone in the rapper’s family is delighted with the news of the reconciliation. Eminem’s outspoken grandmother warned, "He needs to think twice about marrying her again, or at least get a pre-nup this time around."

EVA FLIPS OUT ON COP?

NY Daily News reports that Desperate Housewives star EVA LONGORIA flipped out when a police officer ticketed her boyfriend on Christmas Eve.

The Texas traffic cop who confronted Longoria and San Antonio Spurs guard TONY PARKER said the pint-sized actress verbally abused him and used racial slurs calling him "a Mexican bike cop". The actress reportedly said that "this is all the cops do, just mess with people. He just wants your autograph".

Police reports say Parker then began to drive away, almost hitting a man standing nearby.

However, Longoria denies saying anything wrong, describing the police reports “highly inaccurate”. “I never made any sort of racial slurs, let alone made any comments about the officer being Mexican, as I am a Mexican myself," she fumed.

FOXY MISBEHAVES

According to Reuters News, a New York judge on Friday ordered hip-hop artist FOXY BROWN handcuffed to her seat in court until she apologized for sticking out her tongue during a hearing stemming from the rapper's 2004 arrest on assault charges.

The 26-year-old rapper, whose real name is INGA MARCHAND, originally faced the more serious charge of assault where she was accused of attacking two nail salon stylists in August 2004 in a dispute over payment for a $20 manicure. In order for the judge to accept her plea to the reduced citation of disorderly conduct, Brown had to admit in court to certain aspects of the incident.

But each time Manhattan Criminal Court Judge MELISSA JACKSON called Brown's case on Friday, the rap artist balked at going through with the proceedings. As Brown faced the judge for a third time and declined to respond to questions, Jackson lost her patience.

"This is the third time you are before me performing today, and you are making faces and sticking out your tongue," Jackson fumed, adding, "Are you chewing gum?" With that, Brown stuck her tongue way out of her mouth as if being examined by a doctor.

"You stuck your tongue out at me. You are showing disrespect for the court," the judge snapped. She then ordered Brown handcuffed to her seat in the well of the courtroom until she apologized.

Brown's lawyer immediately tried to explain that his client was having difficulties understanding the proceedings due to a severe hearing loss the rapper recently has claimed to have suffered. He told the judge, "She (Brown) cannot hear. She's deaf. She opened her mouth, your honor, only to show you she wasn't chewing gum."

After Jackson threatened to slap Brown with a contempt-of-court citation, along with 30 days in jail and a $1,000 fine, the rapper finally relented and softly uttered, “Sorry” as the judge rescheduled another plea deal for January 23.

CLOONEY AND LIU ROMANCE?

The New York Post is reporting that actor GEORGE CLOONEY and LUCY LIU appear to have rekindled their romance. The "Syriana" star and Liu left Downtown Cipriani the other night and began lip-locking in his limo.

A witness said, "She looked like she was going to devour him."

Liu's spokesperson would not comment. The pair are said to have briefly dated back in 2000.

Clooney, who’s notoriously known as Hollywood's most eligible bachelor, split from on/off girlfriend LISA SNOWDON earlier this year.

NOTORIOUS B.I.G. PARTY TURNS INTO A BLOODBATH

Despite being fatally gunned down over 9 years ago, rapper NOTORIOUS B.I.G. has still managed to release a new CD called “Duets”, which pairs the rapper's vocals with EMINEM, JAY-Z and other artists.

Unfortunately at the New York CD release party for the album Wednesday, violence erupted where police responded to a stabbing that left two men slashed in the face and another stabbed in the stomach. According to AOL news, the men were immediately taken to hospital and are listed in stable condition.

No arrests were made yet, however police investigators have nabbed and are questioning the occupants of a car spotted fleeing the scene shortly after the shooting.

TORI ENGAGED AGAIN!

According to People Magazine, actress TORI SPELLING and DEAN MCDERMOTT have gotten engaged.

"We're so incredibly happy and in love. We cannot wait to start our lives together," they said in an exclusive joint statement to the publication.

McDermott proposed to the former ‘Beverly Hills 90210’ star at a Christmas tree farm on Christmas Eve in Toronto, Canada. Dean's sister put out lights for half a mile leading to a table for two surrounded by decorated Christmas trees. McDermott and Spelling rode up in a horse-drawn carriage, then he presented his fiancée with a diamond and sapphire ring.

"It was so magical. All the stars aligned. I have never been happier in my life," McDermott told the magazine.

Spelling, 32, and McDermott, 39, met earlier this year in Canada while working together on the TV movie ‘Mind Over Murder’.

In September, Spelling split from her husband, actor-writer CHARLIE SHANIAN, after a year of marriage. The couple wed on July 3, 2004, in an extravagant wedding hosted by the actress' father, television mogul AARON SPELLING at his 56,000 sq.ft. Los Angeles mansion.

McDermott filed for divorce from his wife of 12 years, MARY JO EUSTACE, in September. They have one child together.

"It just happened," said a Spelling friend. "No one meant any harm to anyone. You can't help who you fall in love with and who you're right with."

ARREST MADE IN J.LO EXTORTION SCANDAL

According to the New York Post, police arrested a convicted murderer yesterday for attempting to extort $1 million from celebrity couple JENNIFER LOPEZ and MARC ANTHONY in exchange for their 2004 wedding video.

Ex-con TITO MOSES, 31, and STEVEN WORTMAN, 40, were arrested in New York City on Tuesday, following weeks of negotiation with the Latin star's lawyers.

A leading detective on the case told the newspaper, "They were shocked because they thought they were coming for their payday -- and instead, they got the surprise of their lives."

The video of the couple's June 2004 marriage ceremony was on Anthony's laptop computer, which was stolen along with the singer's Cadillac in New Jersey on October 30.

Earlier this month, TV tabloid show "Access Hollywood" received a phone call from Moses, offering the video in exchange for a high price.
