Jennifer Love To Pose Nude?, Paris' Big Debut

Actor JOAQUIN PHOENIX was involved in a serious car accident on Thursday but managed to escape uninjured thanks to his seatbelt.

The "Walk the Line" star was cruising along a canyon road above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles when his brakes failed.

Police spokesman announced that the 31-year-old actor lost control of his car, which overturned and collided with another vehicle.

But, fortunately both drivers were unhurt and Phoenix was able to walk away from the scene after he was assisted out of the vehicle.

His publicist confirmed, "His brakes went out and the car flipped over. But he's doing fine. He may be very sore in the morning, but right now he is doing OK."

She added the accident will not affect his planned attendance of the Screen Actor's Guild Awards on Sunday.

SALMA SLAMS SKINNY BITCHES?

Female First website reports that actress SALMA HAYEK has lashed out against Hollywood's obsession with weight -- insisting that extreme dieting makes women "bitches".

The curvy Latin star says that she will not conform to Hollywood standards by working out or starving herself for a role.

Hayek fumes, “I find it very boring to have to be skinny all the time. It bores me and makes me bitchy. And yet in Hollywood it's okay if you're a bitch - as long as you're skinny! "A lot of these girls who spend so much time trying to be skinny - everyone is complaining about them. They don't make people feel good about themselves.”

TV MOGUL SUED FOR HARASSMENT

According to the Contact Music website, TV mogul AARON SPELLING has been slapped with a harassment lawsuit by a former nurse -- who claims he groped her and masturbated in her presence.

CHARLENE RICHARDS claims the 82-year-old Spelling repeatedly placed his hand on her "groin and genital area" and fondled her breasts.

In the lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles Thursday and obtained by entertainment news Web site TMZ.com, the ex-nurse alleges Spelling even exposed himself to her and solicited oral sex.

Richards alleges sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination and sexual battery.

Last November, Spelling sued Richards for defamation, claiming she violated a confidentiality agreement by spreading rumors that he sexually harassed her.

The TV producer's lawyer insists the lawsuit is "totally baseless."

Spelling has produced many hugely popular TV series, such as “Charlie’s Angel”, “Dynasty” and “Beverly Hills: 90210”

KATE IN SCARY CAR CHASE

ABC news reports that supermodel KATE MOSS fled to police in Paris, France, Thursday night after being chased through the city by at least 15 paparazzi.

The British catwalk queen had spent an afternoon with French magazine boss JEAN-YVES LEFUR in the Paris Ritz hotel.

But after leaving the lavish hotel at in the early evening, they were followed relentlessly by waiting photographers -- prompting Lefur, a former love of PRINCESS STEPHANIE OF MONACO, to speed through three stop signs.

The terrified pair rushed to a police station near the Champs Elysees and made an official complaint. Police then halted traffic to allow them to flee.

A shocked onlooker says, "It was like something out of a movie."

COLIN’S LUCKY UNDERWEAR

According to the Washington Times, Hollywood actor COLIN FARRELL wears the same pair of underwear on every film he makes -- to bring good luck on the movie set.

The Irish star refuses to throw away the underpants -- and they may have supported him through seven big-budget blockbusters, including ‘Minority Report’, ‘Daredevil’ and ‘Alexander’.

Farrell says, "I don't wear them to the discos and the clubs. They're only for the first day of filming. Shamrock shorts -- not very glamorous!

They have even hired the A-List only songwriter CATHY DENNIS, who has penned chart-topping hits such as “Toxic” for BRITNEY SPEARS and “Cant Get You Out Of My Head” for KYLIE MINOGUE, just to name a few.

The publication claims, "Her debut album is set to feature a track called ‘My Mistake’ – recorded about the famous sex footage of the heiress and her boyfriend [RICK SOLOMON] which took the internet by storm."

SURVIVOR GUILTY OF TAX EVASION

RICHARD HATCH – the man won $1 million in the first season of "Survivor" -- was found guilty Wednesday of failing to pay taxes on his winnings.

According to the National Enquirer, Hatch was handcuffed and taken into custody after a U.S. District Judge believed he was a potential flight risk.

He also was convicted of evading taxes on $327,000 he earned as co-host of a Boston radio show and $28,000 in rent on property he owned.

The 44-year-old Hatch faces up to 13 years in prison and a fine of $600,000.

His sentencing is scheduled for April 28.

K-FED AND BRITNEY’S EXES ARE DATING?

CHRIS PENN DEAD AT 40
January 30, 2006 BBC news reported that actor CHRIS PENN -- the younger brother of Oscar-winning star SEAN PENN -- was found dead at his home in Santa Monica.

California police said they discovered the 40-year-old actor's body around 4pm on Tuesday. A detective on the scene stated that there were no obvious signs of foul play. Authorities were called to the scene by the Penn’s housekeeper where they discovered the actor's body on a bed inside the residence, located in a four-story condominium complex along the beach.

According to a statement by Sean's publicist, "The Penn family would appreciate the media's respect of their privacy during this difficult time."

Chris Penn –- who starred in over 50 movies -- was probably best known for his roles in cult classics 'Reservoir Dogs' and 'True Romance.'

“She told me that maybe a sexy magazine layout with her showing her assets might give her a little edgier image and she might be considered for a femme fatale role. She knows she can pull it off, but she thinks casting directors aren't so sure.”

TRUMP SUES OVER TELL-ALL BOOK

According to the Chicago Tribune, property tycoon DONALD TRUMP has filed a $5 billion lawsuit against the author of a book about him -- claiming it is full of deceitful lies.

"The Apprentice" reality TV star filed a suit against "TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald" author TIMOTHY O’BRIEN and his publisher Warner Books in a New Jersey state court Tuesday.

Trump claims the unauthorized book includes false and malicious statements about the billionaire entrepreneur, his family, his personal life and his business dealings.

One part of the book even claimed that Trump bedded actress ROBIN GIVENS, boxer MIKE TYSON's ex-wife, to which he fumes, "It's not true."

The lawsuit is asking for $2.5 billion in compensatory damages and $2.5 billion in punitive damages.

The couple -- who started dating in 2002 -- were spotted shopping for rings at a number of Beverly Hills jewelers and friends claim they're planning to wed this year.

A source tells the publication, "Mila's looking for a ring that's unique and may even opt for a ruby instead of a diamond."

25-year-old Culkin was previously married to actress RACHEL MINER, but divorced just two years after.

In other celebrity wedding news, ‘Lost’ stars DOMINIC MONAGHAN and EVANGELINE LILLY are reportedly engaged.

The British-born actor -- who also played a hobbit in the ‘Lord of the Rings’ -- is said to have proposed to gorgeous Lilly in Hawaii last week.

According to the Sunday Mirror newspaper, the happy pair are now planning to fly to England to share their happy news with Dominic's family.
