Navarro Set To Direct Porn, Lohan A Menace In Rehab?

The National Enquirer reported actor OWEN WILSON was rushed to the hospital in very serious condition last Sunday after attempting suicide.

Sources tell the tabloid magazine that the 38-year-old star sliced his left wrists and took a number of undetermined pills.

According to the Enquirer, “Wilson was transported to St. John’s hospital in Santa Monica, California on Sunday (August 26), by ambulance. He was discovered by a family member -- who summoned help. Police and an ambulance responded to a 911 call from Owen’s house around noon on Sunday. His wrist was sutured and bandaged at the hospital.”

Police were on the scene immediately as was a criminal defense attorney, believed to be working for Wilson. Some of Owen’s family members, including his brother LUKE WILSON are currently staying with him at the hospital.

In related news, Us Weekly has reported that Wilson was hooked on heroin and cocaine and has been struggling with depression after his sudden break-up with his ‘You, Me and Dupree’ co-star KATE HUDSON.

According to the magazine, “…his friends are placing the blame squarely on Wilson's newfound best buddy, British actor STEVE COOGAN, with whom he starred in several films.

"I went through it with Steve," Coogan's former girlfriend, rocker COURTNEY LOVE, told Us. "I was just out of rehab, and he was right there with the drugs. I tried to warn Owen. I tried to warn his friends. I hope from the bottom of my heart that Owen stays the hell away from that guy."

Wilson's addiction got so out-of-control that his close pal WOODY HARRELSON even tried to stage an intervention at his home in Maui.

"Owen went to Maui, Hawaii, to kick his habit," a longtime Wilson pal told the publication. "He was like a baby on that couch."

The friend said that heroin was the first thing that came to mind when Wilson and Hudson split back in June and he suddenly "disappeared off the face of the earth."

Appearing on ‘Access Hollywood’ on Friday, Wilson’s lawyer is denying multiple reports that his client overdosed on Sunday when he was rushed to the hospital.

The attorney added that that the actor did not have his stomach pumped. However, he did admit that Wilson had been taking anti-depressants, but was not aware of any other drugs in his system at the time of the incident.

LOHAN IS A MENACE IN REHAB?

Female First Celebrity News reports that troubled actress LINDSAY LOHAN was recently caught with some drugs at the Cirque Lodge rehab center.

A source said, "Lindsay got called into the director's office on August 15 and was questioned about drugs. When ordered to take a drug test, she reluctantly complied, but screamed and cursed at the medical director before storming out the room. She was told that if she couldn't conform to the program she'd have to leave.”

In related news, ShowbizSpy revealed that the ‘Mean Girls’ star was also caught having sex in the washrooms at the rehab facilty.

According to the tabloid site, “Staff were alerted to the bathroom because there were strange noises coming from inside and two voices could be heard,” a source says. “When they opened the door, Lindsay was in a compromising position with the guy – who’s also at Cirque for drug rehab.”

“Rumors spread like wildfire across the place that they’d been having sex. When staff found them they were all flustered and Lindsay’s hair was all over the shop,” the source added. “She was livid that she was given the miserable task of cleaning the bathrooms, so the theory was she’d do something really dirty in there.”

HULKSTER JR. HURT IN CAR CRASH

TMZ reports that NICK HOGAN-BOLLEA -- the son of wrestling icon HULK HOGAN and brother of singer BROOKE HOGAN -- is reportedly in serious condition and his passenger is in critical condition after a car wreck in Clearwater, Florida left both severely injured.

According to the tabloid website, “According to police, a Toyota Supra, driven by Nick Bollea (Hogan's real name), was traveling at a very high rate of speed when it lost control and hit a raised median. The car was flipped around and the back end hit a palm tree. The impact, we're told, "destroyed the entire car." The two male occupants were flown by Medivac helicopter from the accident scene to a hospital in St. Petersburg. We're told both men had "very, very serious" injuries.

Witnesses on the scene of the near-fatal car crash are confirming that Nick was racing a silver Dodge Viper at the time, but police say it’s too early to know for sure what led to the crash. No charges have yet been filed.

In related news, the 17-year-old Hogan told Rides Magazine last week that his collection of cars – which includes a limited-edition Dodge Viper and two Toyota Supras -- gets him a lot of hot girls!

The guy is like, “Hey, I just heard you got pulled over twice in the last 10 minutes. I got to write you a ticket.”

LEONA STIFFS HER GRANDKIDS

Reuters News reports that the late property mogul LEONA HELMSLEY stiffed two of her grandchildren out of her massive fortune -- but did leave a whopping $12 million to her dog, TROUBLE.

Helmsley's precious maltese pooch was given the massive trust fund which was made public last Wednesday. Trouble is also expected to be buried next to Helmsley in a luxurious mausoleum.

Helmsley left bulk of her estate -- estimated to be worth more than $4 billion -- to the Leona M. and Harry B. Helmsley Charitable Trust.

So what’s left for the family? Grandma Helmsley left $5 Million each to two of her favorite grandchildren, but the will stipulates that they must visit their father's gravesite once a year or they don't get a dime!
