According to Life and Style Weekly, ‘Desperate Housewives’ star EVA LONGORIA and her French boyfriend TONY PARKER have reportedly ended their 18-month romance.

The shocking split comes at an awkward time since the couple just bought a house together in Los Angeles and spent much of this year renovating their dream mansion in Texas.

A close friend to the couple tells the tabloid magazine, "Eva decided in the end that Tony was not the right one for her."

The insider tells the publication that one reason the 31-year-old actress decided to call off the relationship was their seven-year age difference, "She just decided he's too young."

The 24-year-old Parker plays point guard for the San Antonio Spurs.

BLOOM DATING CRUZ?

The New York Post reports that actor ORLANDO BLOOM is getting over his recent split from KATE BOSWORTH by pursuing actress PENELOPE CRUZ.

Bloom and Cruz were spotted out together in Los Angeles last week, prompting rumors of a new romance. A source tells the newspaper, "They were definitely together and holding hands."

But Cruz spokesperson insists, "They are not dating."

In June, Cruz ended her two-year relationship with her "Sahara" co-star MATTHEW McCONAUGHEY.

CARTER DISSES PARIS AND DISHES ON DEBRA

Popstar NICK CARTER recently trashed his ex-girlfriend PARIS HILTON in the latest issue of Us Magazine. In the interview, the former Backstreet Boy revealed that Hilton cheated on him with her ‘House Of Wax’ co-star CHAD MICHAEL MURRAY.

Carter also claims that the celebrity socialite used him, despite her own wealth and fame.

On Friday, Carter took his Paris-bashing and gossip sharing on HOWARD STERN's Sirius Radio show.

On his relationship with the blonde heiress, Carter griped, “In the very beginning, you know, she [Hilton] was literally cleaning my carpet in my apartment... trying to act all domesticated. And then, before you know it, a month or two goes by and it's back to the old nose up in the air and who are you?"

Even more shocking, Carter also told Stern that he lost his virginity to the infamous DEBRA LaFAVE, the Florida schoolteacher who stunned the world by having sex with a 13-year-old student. Carter claims he dated LaFave for 18 months during his school days and revealed that they broke up after his friends told him "she [Lafave] had cheated on me with a girl."

The 26-year-old star also claims that sex with the naughty school teacher was probably the best sex he’s ever had. He added, “But maybe that's just because it was my first. Actually a lot of the girls I've just had the best sex with or best anything with have been just normal girls."

Carter appeared on the radio show to promote his new E! reality show "House of Carters."

According to the latest edition of the Guinness Book of World Records, the ‘Material Girl’ took in an estimated $50 million in 2004 -- beating out Spears, who held the title since 2001 after earning more than $38 million in 2000.

Other notable celebrity names mentioned includes: Australian actress NICOLE KIDMAN, who set the record for the highest salary per minute for an actor (a reported $3.71 million for a four-minute commercial for Chanel No. 5) and talkshow host OPRAH WINFREY – who was crowned as the highest-paid person on TV ($225 million, according to the last Forbes power ranking).

ANNA NICOLE MARRIES HER LAWYER?

Out of the pages of the truly bizarre, Star Magazine reports that former Playboy pinup ANNA NICOLE SMITH got married to her long-time attorney and friend HOWARD K. STERN on Friday morning in the Bahamas.

The couple reportedly tied the knot while sailing on a white yacht off of Nassau.

A source says, "There was heavy security around the yacht, plus extra speedboats to deliver more supplies as needed (including unlimited Dom Perignon champagne) from the mainland to the catamaran. Anna was wearing a pink bikini! Later on, she changed into a colorful, one-piece suit with a wrap around her waist."

Just 18 days ago, Anna Nicole’s 20-year-old son DANIEL, died from an accidental drug overdose in her hospital room shortly after she gave birth to a baby girl.

After the birth of the child, photojournalist LARRY BIRKHEAD has stepped forward with claims that he’s the father.

But on Tuesday night, Stern slammed those claims and announced on ‘LARRY KING Live’ that he was the father of Nicole Smith's daughter -- who was named DANILYNNE HOPE.

In an interview with Us Weekly, Birkhead responded, "I am not surprised he [Stern] would say this but I am laughing at it. Larry King didn't even believe Howard."

Birkhead also tells the magazine that he is even willing to take a DNA test to prove he is the true father. "I have asked for a DNA test and I welcome it. I am in good spirits this morning because I know I am the father of the child. I look forward to having a relationship with my new daughter."

DOWNEY JR. IS IRON MAN?

Yahoo News reports that actor ROBERT DOWNEY JR. is set to star in the big-screen adaptation of the classic comic hero, Ironman.

Downey will reportedly portray the titled character Tony Stark, a billionaire industrialist and genius inventor who builds a high-tech suit of armor to protect the world.

Budgeted at over $100 million, it’s the first major feature film to be produced independently by Marvel Entertainment.

The New York Daily News reports that former ‘Saved by the Bell’ star DUSTIN DIAMOND has a raunchy sex tape set to be released -- in which he engages in a threesome with two women.

Phoenix-based agent DAVID HANS SCHMIDT -- who has brokered some of Hollywood's biggest celebrity-porn deals -- confirms that he's acquired the rights to a video featuring the former teen TV star.

"Just when you think you have seen everything in this business," Schmidt tells the newspaper, "mankind has raised the bar another notch. Or lowered it."

In the 40-minute sex tape, the 29-year-old star engages in a number of vulgar sexual acts with the women including a lewd act known as a 'Dirty Sanchez'."

PARIS GETS CHARGED

According to People Magazine, celebrity socialite PARIS HILTON has been formally charged for the incident earlier last month with two misdemeanors including driving under the influence and driving with a blood-alcohol level of .08 or higher.

Hilton’s arraignment is set for Thursday and if convicted, she faces a maximum punishment of a $1,000 fine and/or six months in jail.

"I'd be very surpised if she does any jailtime," says an L.A.-based attorney with 30 years experience handling DUI cases. "If she pleads guilty, she'd likely pay a fine, attend DUI school and be on probation for three years."

"Paris regrets the entire event," her publicist told People. "She had never been arrested before, so to go through the police procedure was very disorienting for her. It was personally humiliating for her; she is not taking it lightly or frivolously."

LINDSEY’S FAILED PLAN

TMZ is reporting that actress LINDSAY LOHAN allegedly hatched a devious plan to get back at her ex-boyfriend HARRY MORTON for dumping her and drive her nemesis PARIS HILTON crazy at the same time.

On Saturday, Lohan was overheard calling Hilton’s ex, STAVROS NIARCHOS, asking him to help her get revenge, saying, "No one can know I got dumped...You will look like a total stud, and it will drive Paris crazy [if we hang out together]."

The Greek shipping heir went along with the plan and the two showed up the next night at Dragonfly "where they held hands and made out all night and then drove in separate cars back to [Lohan's] suite at the Chateau."

But Lohan’s plan to make Morton jealous supposedly backfired. Spies say Morton -- who is sober and doesn’t like to party -- broke it off with Lohan because “She… was extremely jealous and would harass him with texts, e-mails and phone calls constantly.”

MOSS AGREES TO MARRY DOHERTY?

The British Sunday Mirror reports that supermodel KATE MOSS has agreed to marry troubled rocker PETE DOHERTY. Last week, the 32-year-old Moss reportedly said ‘yes’ when her drug-addicted boyfriend proposed to her during a visit to the Priory Clinic -- where he was being treated for crack cocaine and heroin abuse.

Doherty, 27, was just released from rehab and his band begins their tour in Ireland this week. A source at the clinic said, "From the moment Pete came into the clinic, he accepted he was addicted to drugs like heroin and crack. He knew he had a problem. In counseling sessions he has said things that show he knows what he needs to do – stop taking drugs and seek help as soon as he feels the urge to do so. Kate has been so impressed with that attitude. She has always loved him but just needed him to straighten up. Now there's nothing to stop them marrying."

The pair are rumored to be planning to the nuptials "within weeks" in a small ceremony.

STEVEN TYLER HAS HEPATITIS

According to Us Magazine, ‘Aerosmith’ frontman STEVEN TYLER revealed that he’s contracted hepatitis C -- the serious and deadly viral infection which is often caught through sharing needles.

In an interview with ‘Access Hollywood’, Tyler says he was diagnosed with the disease three years ago and has been secretly battling it.

The admitted former drug user is also happy to announce that after a year of intense treatments the disease is "nonexistent in my bloodstream... where it's like a complete cure."

Tyler explained, "I've been pretty quiet about this. The band took a break about three years ago. [My doctor] said now is the time, and it's 11 months of chemotherapy" actually, interferon, which strengthens the immune system. "so I went on that, and it about killed me. You know, it really hurt. It was a bad, bad period. I'm in AA, and I tried to go three, four, five months with nothing, and it about killed me."

The 58-year-old rocker joins actress PAMELA ANDERSON – another celebrity who also confessed to having the disease.

AARON CALLS OFF ENGAGEMENT

Us Weekly reports that teen pop star AARON CARTER has called off his engagement to 22-year-old Playboy Playmate KARI ANN PENICHE -- just a week after proposing to her in Las Vegas.

"I got caught up in the moment and proposed," the 18-year-old singer told the publication. "I then realized it was a hasty thing to do and I am not ready for marriage quite yet."

A source close to the teen star says, "They are just going to be friends now. She still wants to keep dating him but Aaron is not quite sure. He was trying to appease her but came to his senses and realized it was the wrong thing to do."
