Tara Opens Up, Is Hef Losing His Mojo?

TMZ website reports that teen star HILARY DUFF and punk rocker JOEL MADDEN have filed a restraining order against two men -- alleging that they are being stalked.

Duff, 19, and Madden, 26, filed papers in Los Angeles Superior Court on Thursday, claiming a 19-year-old Russian immigrant named MAX, and his roommate, celebrity photographer DAVID JOSEPH KLEIN, 50, have been aggressively stalking the couple since the beginning of September.

According to court documents, both men have made several attempts to contact the actress' manager and have waited outside her mother's house, a Hollywood venue when Madden's band ‘Good Charlotte’ performed last month and a local Los Angeles market, where the couple often shop.

Documents also alleges that Max "admitted to being 'obsessed' with the singer/actress, has stated his intention of 'removing' his 'enemies' (those who prevent him from being with her), has stated his intention of buying a weapon, and has threatened to kill himself and to engage in dramatic actions to get her attention."

The couple also claim that Max "has stated his belief that Hilary is in love with him and that Joel Madden stands in their way."

Duff claims the men are causing her great “emotional distress" and is asking the court to grant a restraining order for both men to stay 100 feet away from the couple at all times.

The hearing is set for November 15.

DIDDY SAYS HE NEVER LOVED J.LO

The Miami Herald reports that rap mogul SEAN “DIDDY” COMBS claims he was never in love with ex-girlfriend JENNIFER LOPEZ -- because he has always loved his current flame KIM PORTER.

The Latina diva dated Combs in a public 1999 affair after splitting from her first husband OJANI NOA, while the rapper had ended his relationship with model Porter -- who’s the mother to their son CHRISTIAN.

Porter successfully sued Combs to increase child support payments in 2001, but the couple managed to put their past troubles behind to find love again in 2003.

The happy couple also announced that the former model is now pregnant with twins.

In reflection, Combs admits his relationship with Lopez wasn't the great love affair of his life. He insists, "When I was with Jennifer I got caught up. She was fine. The hype can pull you in.

"Y'all are looking good together, and it's feelin' good, and the relationship is genuine. There was love there, but it just wasn't this type of love."

K-FED GETS INSECURE

In Touch Weekly reports that KEVIN FEDERLINE is so insecure about his wife BRITNEY SPEARS’ plans to use male dancers in her new music video that he demanded that she hired only female dancers.

According to the tabloid, Spears hired model MATT FELKER -- one of the studs from her "Toxic" video -- to appear in her latest video. But when K-Fed became aware of it, he "insisted that Britney fire Matt and all of the other male dancers she'd hired and replace them with females."

Federline -- who was once a back-up dancer for Spears -- is said to be "surprisingly insecure and secretly terrified" that Spears will dump him if her career takes off again.

"Kevin doesn't want Britney to be making sexy moves again," an insider told the magazine. "He's even telling her she doesn't need to lose all of her pregnancy weight."

JACK GETS PUNK’D

The National Enquirer reports that legendary actor JACK NICHOLSON was on the end of a practical joke by co-stars LEONARDO DiCAPRIO and MATT DAMON.

The 69-year-old Nicholson was at LA’s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to get a salivary gland problem checked out, when two men walked into the examining room in medical scrubs and surgical masks and abruptly informed him they were interns sent to perform his “initial workup.”

While one picked up the actor’s chart and studied it, the other snapped on a rubber glove, brandished a tube of lubricant – and told the superstar, “Roll over, please, sir… we’ll be doing a rectal exam.”

Turning pale, Nicholson immediately jumped into non-stop protest, questioning the outrageous probe for a problem at his opposite end… and was stunned speechless when the “interns” suddenly erupted in howling laughter!

Ripping off their masks, jokers Damon and DiCaprio -– his co-stars in “The Departed” –- laughed hysterically as Damon told the bewildered Nicholson, “Dude…just the look on your face was worth all the planning!”

TARA OPENS UP ABOUT HER PLASTIC SURGERY

In the latest issue of Us Weekly actress TARA REID finally admitted to getting breast implants and explains the many problems she faced after going under the knife.

The 30-year-old actress explained why she had plastic surgery in the first place: "I got my breasts done for the first time because my breasts were uneven. I was a 34-B, but the right one was always bigger than the left. I weigh 110 pounds now, but I always used to fluctuate by 10 pounds, so my skin was kind of saggy. I figured, I'm in Hollywood, I'm getting older, I'm going to fix them."

On what went wrong:
"First of all, I asked for big Bs, and he did not give me big Bs. He gave me Cs, and I didn't want them, at all. Right after the surgery, I had some bumps along the edges of my nipples, but the doctor said, 'Don't worry, it's going to be better.' But after six months of 'it's going to get better,' it started to get worse and worse."

On being embarassed when getting intimate:
"Guys I was dating would be like, 'What's wrong with them? They look really bad. You know, you should really get them fixed.' So embarrassing. I mean, you definitely need to turn off the lights, that's for sure."

On getting liposuction:
"I got lipo because even though I was skinny, I wanted - I'm not going to lie - a six-pack. I had body contouring, but it all went wrong. My stomach became the most ripply, bulgy thing."

On fellow troubled actress LINDSAY LOHAN and her own future:
"Lindsay Lohan reminds me of a younger version of me. But you can't take away that she's a good actress. So she's going through a point in her life. I grew up. Leave her alone. If Lindsay can get a chance, then I deserve a chance too. ... The next step in my life is hopefully meeting a nice guy and getting married. Have kids and get my acting life back. I feel like my rainbow is starting to come."

NIKI TAYLOR GETS ENGAGED

Us Weekly reports that former supermodel NIKI TAYLOR is engaged to NASCAR Busch Series driver BURNEY LAMAR.

Taylor, 31, and Lamar, 26, met at a charity event back in January and plan to tie the knot early next year.

The model's manager LOU TAYLOR (no relation) confirmed the engagement to the publication.

Lamar reportedly got down on one knee at Taylor's parents' home in Florida on September 15 to propose with a custom-made, two-carat oval diamond in an antique setting.

Taylor –- who suffered a near-fatal car accident in 2001 – had to endured over 41 surgeries. After fully recovering from her injuries, Taylor rarely models anymore. She now owns a small Nashville clothing store. Taylor also has twin 11-year-old boys, HUNTER and JAKE, with her ex-husband football star MATT MARTINEZ, whom she divorced in 1996.

PARIS DUMPS TRAVIS; SHANNA STILL FUMES

In Touch Weekly reports that celebrity socialite PARIS HILTON dumped rocker TRAVIS BARKER over the weekend, following an incident where Barker’s ex-wife SHANNA MOAKLER allegedly punched her in the face.

On October 3, Moakler and Hilton were at the LA club Hyde when Moakler reportedly called Hilton a "skinny bitch" and then slugged the heiress with a closed fist in the jaw. Hilton reportedly felt threatened and immediately ended it with Barker a few days later. A source said, “Paris realized this was not what she needed in her life right now.”

Last Friday, former Playboy Playmate Moakler continued her attacks on Hilton, this time verbally. Moakler told the New York Post newspaper, "I don't think [Paris] she's a good person. She makes a lot of money pulling these stunts in the media, and I want nothing to do with it. I'm not the one getting DUIs. I'm not the one in police stations. It's all juvenile and stupid."

PRESIDENT CLOONEY? NOT LIKELY

Lifestyle Extra reports that Hollywood star GEORGE CLOONEY will never run for president of the United States -- because he's had too much sex.

The 'Ocean's Thirteen' star -- who has dated a bevy of beautiful women including TERI HATCHER, KRISTA ALLEN, LISA SNOWDON and RENEE ZELLWEGER -- is convinced his raunchy past would destroy his chances of gaining the presidency.

He admitted, "I couldn't run for office. I've slept with far too many women. I have a very keen interest in political issue, but if I decided to run for office there would be a few juicy stories dragged back from the depths."

The 45-year-old star added, "I've also done far too many drugs and been to too many wild parties."

Clooney isn’t the only Hollywood star who has ruled himself out of a race for the White House. Funnyman ROBIN WILLIAMS -- a reformed alcoholic and drug addict -- also admits his troubled past automatically rules him out.

He revealed at the New Yorker Festival, "I would never run for office -- because I make BILL CLINTON look Amish."

The eccentric rapper also operates a grills shop in Houston, and he's now offering "Ballin' On A Budget" grills for about US$50 - $75 per tooth.

The lost cost line of girls are intended for, as he puts it, "kids and people who want to shine like a star but don't have pockets as deep as NELLY’s."

The British Sun Newspaper reports that Playboy founder HUGH HEFNER has confessed he is bored of sex -- and would rather have a game of dominoes with his beautiful babes.

The 80-year-old Hefner –- who’s known for sleeping with thousands of sexy sirens and holding lavish wild parties at his Beverly Hills mansion –- admits that he no longer has the energy for sex.

He said, “I’m bored of the hanky panky. I’m still active but it’s different — I like to play dominoes with my girlfriends.”

Hefner once boasted a harem of 7 girlfriends -- all blonde and busty. But in 1997 he cut down to three, saying the girls got jealous, and now lives with 26-year-old HOLLY MADISON, 32-year-old BRIDGET MARQUARDT and 21-year-old KENDRA WILKINSON.

When asked about his infamous hedonistic parties at the Playboy mansion, he replied, “I haven’t been to as many parties because I’m doing other things that are taking up my energy. I’m busy planning the new Playboy club at The Palms, a new Playboy club in LA.”

Earlier this year Hefner told the British newspaper that sexy women were the key to keeping him young. He confessed, “Having three beautiful women keeps the years off me. I would recommend it to anyone.”
