The cumbersome accident prone CAMERON DIAZ gave her *NSYNC boyfriend JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE a big scare when he discovered her lying unconscious on their bedroom floor. The 'Charlie's Angel' star laid badly bleeding from a head wound she received after a fall trying to unpack camping gear from their trip in South Africa.

" Justin was frantic with worry," a close friend revealed to The British Sun. "Cameron was out cold and covered in blood from her head wound." The actress was rushed to hospital, where she received 19 stitches on her head and was treated for back strain.

" Justin insisted on staying by her side in the ambulance."

WEILAND RECALLS DRUGS DAYS WITH NAKED LOVE

Velvet Revolver front man SCOTT WEILAND recalls his "very entertaining" days of taking drugs with a scantily clad COURTNEY LOVE in a new interview.

In the lastest issue of Esquire Magazine, Weiland reminisce on how he spent one crazy month in the mid-1990s at the Chateau Marmont with grunge rock queen Love.

" We shot drugs the whole time," he alleged. "Most of the time she just walked around in panties... Gettin' high with her was sort of like watching a reality show unfold. It was very entertaining."

Weiland insists he's now clean of drugs and preferring instead to indulge in coffee, cigarettes and family life.

Page Six reports that actor BRUCE WILLIS, 50, enjoyed a mutual gropefest with 18-year-old teen drama queen LINDSAY LOHAN after the premiere of his new flick 'Hostage' at Peninsula Hotel.

" At one point, Bruce had Lindsay's pants down far enough to reveal a tattoo that said 'La Bella Vista' (The Beautiful View) on her right cheek," an onlooker revealed.

SPORTY SPICE RESPONDS TO ROBBIE'S SEX CLAIM

MELANIE CHISHOLM, AKA Sporty Spice of the Spice Girls, tells Closer magazine that British pop star ROBBIE WILLIAMS is full of crap after he claimed to have bedded four of the five Spice Girls.

Despite having a brief fling with the cocky singer, Mel hinted that she knew at least two members of the former girl band hadn't had sex with him.

Mel said, "Victoria (VICTORIA BECKHAM, Posh Spice) asked me about that and said: 'Well, I know I've not slept with him.'" Sporty then went on to reveal: "And I know Emma's (EMMA BUNTON, Baby Spice) not slept with him."

Former Sporty Spice also claimed that although she was linked with Robbie for about a month in the late 90s, she didn't even sleep with him.

Robbie did however did enjoy a holiday romance with GERI HALLIWELL (Ginger Spice).

NICK CARTER CHARGED

Backstreet Boys star NICK CARTER has been officially charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunk driving after being pulled over by California cops over the weekend. The 25-year-old former boyfriend of PARIS HILTON faces one count of driving under the influence and one count of driving with an illegal blood alcohol level.

He's scheduled to be arraigned on April 13 and faces license restrictions and probation if convicted, as well as a hefty fine.

The singer has already issued a statement about his arrest, explaining that he was under the influence of doctor-prescribed drugs when he was pulled over in Huntington Beach.

His publicist announced, "Nick Carter deeply regrets the current situation. He is on doctor prescribed medication and was unaware of its interaction possibilities."

The Backstreet Boys recently announced a 13-city tour that will start March 21 in New York and have a long awaited CD coming out this year.

50 CENT AND THE GAME DECLARE TRUCE

Two weeks ago, a member of THE GAME's rap crew was wounded during a shooting outside a New York hip-hop radio station, where rapper 50 CENT who produced part of The Game's platinum-selling debut album was on the air, announcing that he was kicking him out of his G-Unit crew.

The Game then fired back by daring his "coward" of a former mentor to "kill" him.

The Game told the audience at the Vault 350 Club in Long Beach that he himself decided to quit 50 Cent's G-Unit group, and that he wasn't sacked.

Then the rapper added that he isn't worried about getting shot. The Game said, "I'm not hiding up at the [radio] station. I'm real from the streets. I'm a real person. If you don't like me, then kill me. I ain't afraid."

" Come get me, you little [bleep]. I ain't scared."

According to allhiphop.com, during an intermission at the show, The Game yelled out "G-Unit can suck my d**k". He specifically named 50 Cent, YOUNG BUCK, LLOYD BANKS, TONY YAYO, OLIVIA and Violator Management.

But all appears well in the rap world now, as the New York Daily News reports 50 and The Game declared a truce. On Wednesday both rappers shook hands for the cameras, though barely looking at each other. "We are here today to show that people can rise even above the most difficult circumstances and together we can put negativity behind us," 50 said at a press conference where the artists donated a total of $253,000 to the struggling Boys Choir of Harlem. "This is an opportunity for people to see us make peace."

SOFTWARE BILLIONAIRE PICKS UP DOHERTY?

Former "Beverly Hills 90210" bad girl SHANNEN DOHERTY has been romantically linked to Microsoft billionaire PAUL ALLEN, after she gave him her number at a recent party. Doherty attended a party at New York nightclub Pink Elephant in honor of co-owner DAVID CABO's birthday, where she quickly caught they eye of the software tycoon as she danced with her girlfriends.

Allen eventually plucked up courage to talk to Doherty and she gave him her phone number.

A fellow party reveler tells Page Six, "She gave it to him, after joking that she'd trade it for some Microsoft stock."

AMERICAN PIE STAR DIVORCE

Hollywood beauty SHANNON ELIZABETH and husband JOSEPH REITMAN have split after nearly three years of marriage.

On Monday, People magazine reported that the "American Pie" actress, 31, and fellow actor Reitman, 36, had an amicable split and will continue to share their Los Angeles home.

Spokeswoman Nicole King says, "The couple will remain friends."

The pair wed in Mexico in June 2002.

There had been rumors for months that the couple's marriage was in jeopardy, with friends claiming Elizabeth was furious when Reitman participated in a prank on her for ASHTON KUTCHER's TV show "Punk'd."
