Cowell Bashes Beyonce, Paris Caught Stealing

The anonymous woman alleges that the pudding peddler invited her back to his home after meeting her at a local restaurant and gave her pills that made her dizzy after she complained of stress and tension.

She admits her memory about what happened next on the night last January is a little hazy but she recalls Cosby allegedly fondling her breasts and placing her hand on his genitals.

In a complaint made to Toronto Police, the woman claims she awoke at about 4 a.m. the following morning with her clothing in disarray and her bra undone. No charges have been filed against the popular entertainer, and Philadelphia police are said to be investigating the claim.

On Thursday, Cosby's attorney publicly announced, "These allegations are utterly preposterous and truly bizarre... this will be vigorously defended."

PARIS CAUGHT STEALING

According to Celebrity Justice, a videotape of socialite PARIS HILTON allegedly committing petty theft is roaming the Internet. A store worker says when Ms. Hilton saw the video of her infamous sex romp with ex-boyfriend RICK SALOMON ("One Night In Paris") on display, she went into a foul-mouthed rage. Hilton allegedly ripped down a poster of herself, reached over the counter to grab a copy of the X-rated DVD and stormed off without paying for it.

The newsstand employee on duty at the time added that when Hilton paid him a visit, she was in great spirits until she saw her DVD was on sale.

" As soon as she saw that we were selling her videos and we had her on display she was livid. She was using profanity to the ultimate."

"She threw her 80 cents change at me and took the video and said, 'I'm taking this and I'm not buying it.'"

The surveillance video seems to back up the worker's claims that Paris not only took the DVD but also tried to rip a poster advertising it. Hilton faces charges of theft and vandalism.

EVA LONGORIA LIKES TEENAGE SEX

COWELL BASHES BEYONCE

He tells Esquire magazine, "I find the whole Beyonce thing really mystifying. She's not sexy, she hasn't got a great body and she's not a great singer." Meanwhile in the same interview, Cowell thinks that condemned lip-syncer ASHLEE SIMPSON has gotten a bad rap. He adds, "Why should you have to do something substandard just for the sake of being real? If it sounds better with the vocal you recorded, why shouldn't people listen to that? There's almost a witch-hunt mentality about people miming."

Forget about former nemesis JA RULE, rapper 50 CENT has a new beef brewing. Of all people, SEAL has potentially sparked a feud with the rapper. The pop singer has cited 50 Cent's "Get Rich or Die Tryin'" as an example of all that is wrong with hip-hop music in the 21st century.

The bald singer tells hip-hop magazine Sister 2 Sister, "[It's like] 'I'm just going to make a rap video, right? And I'm going to tell the young get rich or die trying or I'm just gonna have loads of cars; I'm just gonna have loads of hos in my video.'

" I really feel there is a responsibility and what goes around comes around."

No doubt who'd win this fight. It'd be like clubbin' a baby seal!

TOBEY TOO FAT

Page Six reports that actor TOBEY MAGUIRE reportedly dropped out of his appearance at this year's Golden Globes Awards just minutes before the show -- after he was advised to keep his pudgy weight problems private.

The "Spider-Man" star was scheduled to introduce a clip of MARTIN SCORSES's epic "The Aviator". But Maguire pulled out at the last minute, reportedly at the insistence of close aides who want to keep him out of the spotlight until he loses the pounds he's recently packed on while on hiatus.

The award producers managed to recruit actor ORLANDO BLOOM to replace Maguire.

'SURVIVOR' WINNER CHARGED WITH TAX EVASION

" Survivor" millionaire RICHARD HATCH is in big trouble with the government after court documents filed on Tuesday show the renowned competitor has agreed to plead guilty to two counts of tax evasion.

Federal prosecutors have charged the winner of the first-ever season of CBS's hit reality show with failing to report his big million-dollar prize. The 43-year-old has also been charged with leaving out a $300,000 sum he was paid as an on-air personality for a Boston radio station in 2001.

Hatch, a Rhode Island resident, is set to be arraigned in Providence federal court on January 24. The "Survivor" could face a hefty fine and up to five years in prison on each count.

Now let's see if he survives jail.

KID ROCK GETS ROBBED?

The New York Daily News reported that bad boy rocker KID ROCK nearly found himself stranded in Russia last month, when he lost his passport after a wild night on the town.

The singer -- real name ROBERT RITCHIE -- had flown to Moscow to watch some players from the Detroit Red Wings play in a farewell game for former teammate IGOR LARIONOV.

When the match was over, Rock and his Red Wings friend DARREN MCCARTY partied at a local club with some Russian beauties.

A source tells Page six, "Kid Rock stayed out all night with these women. When he got back to the hotel, he was missing his jacket, wallet and passport.

" Everybody was afraid he wouldn't be able to leave the country. But two days later, the passport was returned. So was his wallet, minus his rubles."

FARRELL SUED OVER DIRTY MESSAGES

Actor COLIN FARRELL is being sued by a model who claims she's suffering from "mental anguish" after the actor plagued her with foul text messages.

The 28-year-old Irish actor reportedly flooded former sex chat-line worker DESSARAE BRADFORD with more than 500 text messages boasting of his sexual conquests and indulging in phone sex since September.

Bradford, who claims the actor's actions left her feeling "degraded", is suing him for "breach of contract, return of erotic tape and art, cost of dress, shoes and accessories" and wants $4,750 in damages.

According to the British Sun newspaper, Bradford plans on writing a tell all book about Farrell called "A Dark Twisted Puppy." She previously wrote a book about her alleged relationship with actor ALEC BALDWIN, who denies ever meeting her.
