Durst Sues, Diaz Upset Over Calls to Britney

According to In Touch magazine, JESSICA SIMPSON and NICK LACHEY are "The Newlyweds" no more. The all-American couple has taped the last episode of their TV show and has left the reality game as a couple behind them.

Simpson plans on focusing on movies. As for Lachey, he's signed up for his own series, "The Nick Lachey Project", which will follow him recording his next album for J Records.

Now that the cameras are turned off, the future for the bickering couple is in doubt. The tabloids speculate they were only still together for the sake of the their audience - and their paychecks

ANNA NICOLE BARES BREASTS DOWN UNDER

Although big name celebrities like GREEN DAY, JA RULE, and CHINGY showed up, it was ANNA NICOLE SMITH who stole the show at Thursday night's MTV Awards in Sydney, Australia. In homage to JANET JACKSON, the 37-year-old former Playboy pinup pulled down her dress to expose two MTV logos over her huge breasts. Smith then went on to reveal a tattoo of a big-breasted mermaid on her back.

At last year's American Music Awards, Smith was escorted off stage after rubbing her chest with her hand and asking the audience if they liked her new thinner body.

DURST SUES OVER STOLEN SEX VIDEO

According to the SmokingGun.com, Limp Bizkit frontman FRED DURST has filed an $80 million lawsuit against web sites that posted stills and footage of an X-rated sex session with a former girlfriend.

This comes just one week after a sex video starring Durst began circulating on the Internet. In a federal copyright infringement/invasion of privacy complaint filed Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Los Angeles, Durst notes that he recorded the racy video around 2003 (with the consent of his partner) and that it was "never intended to be shown to the public."

DENISE AND CHARLIE SPLIT UP

According to papers made public, model-turned-actress DENISE RICHARDS has filed for divorce from actor CHARLIE SHEEN, her husband of 2 1/2 years.

Richards, 34, who's currently six months pregnant, filed divorce papers in Los Angeles on Wednesday and asked for custody of the couple's year-old daughter as well as the baby she is expecting with Sheen.

Sheen, 39, whose film credits include "Wall Street" and "Platoon," is currently starring in the CBS sitcom "Two and a Half Men."

Sheen met the former Bond girl in 2000 after a chaotic decade that included convictions for drug abuse, an attack on his then-girlfriend and the scandalous link with "Hollywood Madame" HEIDI FLEISS.

The court papers listed irreconcilable differences as the reason for seeking the divorce.

A former topless dancer has decided to part ways with her oversized silicone implants and put one of them up for auction on eBay.

The woman known professionally as TAWNY PEAKS admitted on Wednesday she recently came across the implants in a box in her closet after watching a television discussion about crazy things sold on eBay and decided, "Why not... I don't need it anymore."

"Somebody might bid on it. It's like the first boob to be sued over in a lawsuit," she said.

In 1999, Peaks decided to retire from the business to start a new life and underwent breast reduction surgery to have her size 69-HH implants removed.

"They were like really big, crazy big," said Peaks, who described herself as a happily married homemaker and mother of three now living in the Detroit area.

Peaks won notoriety in 1998 when a man sued her and her employer, the Diamond Dolls nightclub in Florida, saying he suffered a whiplash injury when she swung her "crazy big" breasts, hitting him the face at a bachelor party. He said they were "like two cement blocks."

The parties accepted binding arbitration on 'The People's Court' TV show and the judge, former New York City Mayor ED KOCH, ordered a female bailiff to examine Peaks in private.

The bailiff found the breasts to be "soft" and to only weigh about 2 pounds (0.9 kg) each. Koch ruled they were not dangerous and refused to award damages.

Peaks said she would autograph the auctioned implant for the winner but would keep its mate "for good measure."

The implant auction ends on Saturday. So far Peaks has received 66 bids, topping out at $16,750 according to the eBay Web site.

Goes to show you: One man's trash is another man's treasure.

CAMERON UPSET OVER BRITNEY PHONE CALLS

Hollywood beauty CAMERON DIAZ is upset that her lover JUSTIN TIMERLAKE constantly calls his ex-girlfriend BRITNEY SPEARS.

According to the Scottish Daily Record, the "Charlie's Angels" beauty has told her boyband boyfriend of nearly two years to stop calling the pop princess, who pours her heart out to him despite being married to dancer KEVIN FEDERLINE.

A close friend says, "Justin says he's being supportive, but Cameron has told him to cool it."

Spears and Timberlake ended their three-year relationship back in March 2002.

KATIE HOLMES IS BACK ON THE MARKET

According to Us Weekly, actress KATIE HOLMES and actor CHRIS KLEIN, have called off their engagement. A spokesperson for Holmes tells the publication that they decided to go their separate ways about two weeks ago, but "want to stay friends and will continue that part of their relationship."

Holmes and Klein announced their engagement in December of 2003, after nearly five years of dating. Holmes is perhaps best known by audiences for her role as Joey Potter on TV's 'Dawson's Creek.' Klein gained recognition in the popular 'American Pie' movies.

50 VS THE GAME

MTV news reported that a member of 50 Cent's entourage was shot in the leg Monday night outside of Hot 97 radio station in New York.

A day after the dust has settled in the shooting, new accusations have emerged. According to THE GAME's brother BIG FASE, it was not 50 Cent's bodyguard who was shot but instead an associate of The Game. Big Fase says he holds 50 Cent responsible. The same night, shots were also fired outside Violator Management offices - the company that manages 50 Cent. No arrests have been made in either of the shootings. Though the new Game single featuring 50 Cent was released this week, 50 has gone public with his dislike for his labelmate.

50 Cent, whose real name is CURTIS JACKSON, went on the air and claimed The Game owed him his success.

"Every record he's selling is based on me being on his record with him," said 50 Cent, who also banished The Game from his G-Unit crew for being disloyal.

Detectives, fearful the feud will escalate into more bloodshed, were reviewing surveillance video taken outside Hot 97.

50, fearful that he might be targeted, recently pulled out of an album signing at a New York record store.

The hip-hop star failed to sign copies of his latest music release The Massacre at a Virgin Megastore.

STAMOS' SWAP STORY

In a recent interview, actor JOHN STAMOS was asked by Jane magazine, "What's the worst you ever screwed someone over?" He answered, "[In the mid- '80s] I was in a band. I was playing somewhere in Finland, and there was a girl hanging around who was really drunk and interested in me. I wasn't into her, but my friend was. So the girl came back to my hotel, and I turned the lights down, and we started making out. I said, 'Hold on a second, I've gotta go brush my teeth.' It was dark, I left the room, and I sent in my friend who looked like me. And she thought she was having sex with me, but she was really having sex with my friend."
