Associated Press reports that actress CAMERON DIAZ was in court yesterday testifying against photographer JOHN RUTTER, who allegedly tried to extort money from her in 2003 for a set of topless photos. She dazzled and charmed the jury by giggling through part of her three-hour testimony. Diaz insisted she wasn't ashamed of the raunchy photos and, although not enthusiastic about the release of the pictures, believed she looked good topless.

"At least I have that going for me," she joked in the courtroom. The "?Charlie's Angels' beauty says when Rutter first approached her she suggested a partnership, but quickly realized he was trying to blackmail her after he told her he planned to sell the photos to "people who were intentionally trying to hurt me" and who wanted to "portray me as a bad angel".

The delusional diva singer says publicity surrounding her much-anticipated movie 'Glitter' was marred by the September 11th attacks in New York.

Actor COLIN FARRELL could be the latest star to get caught up in a sex tape scandal.

According to the New York Post, a man claims to be in possession of a steamy home video allegedly made by the Irish actor and Playboy playmate [Miss January 2002] NICOLE NARAIN, who dated two years ago.

The man -- known only as JJ -- told the newspaper the 14-minute video shows naked Narain poking out her pierced tongue and winking at the camera, while Farrell reportedly mutters, "I could do this breakfast, lunch and dinner".

The owner of the tape also claims the lingerie model performs several different sex positions from the Kama Sutra, including 'The Missionary'.

At the end of the X-rated tape, Farrell -- who is known for his womanizing ways -- allegedly films Nicole's white cat and jokes, "Baby, you have the most beautiful pussy".

The Defamer website claims the man is looking to sell the sexy tape for a staggering seven-figure price tag, but adds that he will not be able to do so without the actor's permission.

BRITNEY TO FILM BIRTH

Pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS is reportedly set to film herself giving birth for a TV show.

Insiders claim the singer, who is expecting her first baby with husband KEVIN FEDERLINE later this year, will show the footage in an episode of her hit reality series 'Britney and Kevin: Chaotic'.

A source is quoted by Britain's Daily Star newspaper as saying, "Britney was in two minds about the birth even after she'd decided to do a one-off special to introduce the little one to the world."

"It'll be a follow-up to the series and a great record for them. It's just like the proud dad taping the event. Cameras won't roll through the most intimate parts but there will be scenes included."

Meanwhile, Spears is reportedly to give birth listening to Disney tunes. The 23-year-old 'Toxic' singer -- who starred on the Disney Channel's 'Mickey Mouse Club' show as a child -- is said to have chosen her favorite songs from 'The Princess Collection' to help her cope with labor.

XXX-TINA INJURES ARM

Pop diva CHRISTINA AGUILERA has slammed reports she slashed two tendons in a fight with a fan, insisting that she sustained the injury at home.

Reports had recently emerged that the "?Dirrty' singer was injured in a fight with a drunken crazed fan in a Paris, France nightclub after she was seen sporting bandages on her right arm. She'd been advised to wear a sling, but decided to wear a black bandage instead at a recent fashion show.

But now Aguilera's publicist says the 24-year-old pop star cut her hand on a piece of glass at her Los Angeles home. Her arm will remain in a cast for a few weeks in order for her injuries to heal correctly.

The representative has provided no further details about the incident, but she says the tabloid reports of Aguilera's supposed fight actually came from a two-year-old story that had been mixed up with the star's current injury, which "had nothing to do with a fan".

Meanwhile, Aguilera -- who got engaged February 11 to music executive JORDAN BRATMAN -- is currently working on an upcoming album with rocker COURTNEY LOVE.

Rapper the GAME once again admitted he was wrong and apologized for slamming his former mentor 50 CENT. Back in March, the two rap stars held a press conference to announce a truce. But Game fell off the wagon back in June at the Summer Jam festival where he told the New York crowd that 50 Cent could "Suck his *bleep*."

Now 50's protege regrets lashing out and says that he's "ashamed and really apologetic." The Game said he broke the truce in self-defence but now feels embarrassed that he is setting a bad example for his fans.

PITT GETS ILL, JOLIE GETS THRILLS

Actor BRAD PITT, who entered the hospital Monday night with what was described as a 'flu-like illness', was discharged from L.A.'s Cedars-Sinai Medical Center on Wednesday afternoon after being diagnosed with a mild case of viral meningitis, his publicist announced.

"The actor is at home and doing well," his publicist read in a statement.

Viral meningitis -"? generally regarded as serious but rarely fatal in persons with normal immune systems -"? involves swelling of the tissues surrounding the brain and spinal cord.

According to the Centers for Disease Control, most patients recover from viral meningitis in a week, with severe illness and death uncommon.

The 41-year-old actor was in Ethiopia, Africa last week with his Mr. & Mrs. Smith co-star ANGELINA JOLIE to pick up the actress' second child, a newly adopted baby girl.

Meanwhile, as Pitt was recovering in bed, Jolie has been spotted shopping for naughty lingerie at upper-scale sex shop Coco De Mer. The sexy "?Tomb Raider' star is apparently a regular at the erotic emporium and can't get enough of their silky panties.
