When Miss United States Teen 2003, KARI ANN PENICHE, decided to pose topless (and bottomless) for popular Men's magazine Playboy, she thought it might jumpstart her career. But little did she realize that her decision would lead to her being stripped of her crown and title.

After she agreed to pose in Playboy, the committee decided to strip her of her crown and her name to be erased from all pageant records. She said there was nothing in her contract about not doing nude shoots and thought since the issue didn't hit stands until after her reign was over she didn't think it would be a big deal.

She was wrong!

The New York Daily News reports that actress NICOLE KIDMAN and ELIZABETH HURLEY'S ex-lover STEVE BING are reportedly dating when they were both spotted passionately kissing across a Los Angeles restaurant table.

Last week it was reported the pair had enjoyed a series of dinner dates in New York, culminating in two romantic meals at the Il Cantinori restaurant in Greenwich Village.

Now Kidman, 37 and billionaire real-estate mogul and movie producer Bing, 39 -- the father of Hurley's 2-year-old son Damian -- have been spotted acting intimately at the Polo Lounge in Beverly Hills.

One stunned diner tells Britain's the Sun newspaper, "Everyone had candles on their tables, but they blew theirs out. It wasn't some little kiss -- it was an open-mouthed lip-lock."

Neighbors have also seen Bing's car parked outside the apartment Kidman's renting while she films the new movie, "Bewitched," according to the Sun.

Bing sparked a media frenzy in 2002 when he dumped a pregnant Hurley and denied that he was the child's father. DNA tests later proved he was and was eventually ordered to pay $159,000 a year in support, which Hurley said was "not wanted or welcome."

Perhaps they wanted privacy for the saliva swap that was soon to follow. "They were kissing," the insider tattles. "It wasn't some little peck. It was an open-mouth lip-lock."

VIBE AWARDS MAYHEM

Violence broke out at the Vibe Music Awards in Santa Monica, California, Monday night after an audience member attacked rap pioneer DR. DRE.

The rap legend was being honored on stage by producer QUINCY JONES and protege SNOOP DOGG, when a mystery man blocked the star's path by appearing to ask for an autograph before punching Dre right in the face.

Audience members then started throwing chairs as Jones and Snoop Dogg cleared the stage and Dre was rushed backstage by his security staff.

Reports also claim members of fellow rapper 50 CENT's hip-hop crew G-UNIT stepped in to defend Dre.

At the end of the chaotic incident, the mystery man that initiated the Dre attack ended up beaten, stabbed and taken to the hospital. He was later identified as 26-year-old JIMMY JAMES JOHNSON.

One onlooker says, "It was chaos. Dre was being honored onstage and someone obviously wasn't very happy. It turned really nasty very quickly."

Police are investigating the fracas and searching for rapper YOUNG BUCK -- real name is DAVID DARNELL BROWN -- who authorities believe is responsible for stabbing the audience member.

Buck fled the Santa Monica airport hangar late Monday night, police issued in a statement. A warrant was being prepared alleging assault with a deadly weapon.

" Brown is clearly depicted (on videotape) as holding a knife after the assault and is one of a number of fight participants that was pepper-sprayed by officers in their attempt to stop this fight," Police Chief JAMES BUTTS told a news conference. "We're asking Mr. David Darnell Brown to surrender himself to police."

According to a statement from his attorney, Young Buck is preparing to surrender to authorities to face allegations that he is responsible for the stabbing incident.

Santa Monica police have confirmed that they are in negotiations with Young Buck's legal team. Unfortunately, Johnson, the man who was stabbed, has been unable to speak to police because he is suffering from a collapsed lung.

The beautiful buxom actress, 19, has been photographed kissing the Leto following a dinner date in Los Angeles earlier this week, months after they were linked in the press all summer.

The 32-year-old Leto dated Cameron Diaz for four years before they split last year and she began dating pop star JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE.

The "Lost in Translation" star split from long-term love PATRICK WILSON earlier this year and reportedly had a hotel fling with actor BENICIO DEL TORO after February's Oscars Award ceremony.

PARIS HILTON GROPED

Star tabloid reports that Hotel Heiress PARIS HILTON stormed out of HUGH HEFNER's annual Halloween Bash at his Playboy Mansion just minutes after she had arrived because as she was making her way through a haunted house, an employee dressed as a ghoul allegedly jumped out and grabbed her inappropriately.

A witness reveals Paris shouted for help and demanded to "file a complaint against the mansion." A Playboy Mansion security guard told Paris that having someone jump out and grab her was supposed to be part of the experience, but Paris still wasn't happy about it and jumped into her limo and took off in disgust.

Meanwhile, a Playboy spokesperson has a different spin on the story. He says there was no groping going on and that Paris just got ticked off and left because a male friend of hers got thrown out of the party for fighting.

The multi-talented diva appears alongside the equally voluptuous singer BEYONCE KNOWLES in the TV spot -- but while the Destiny's Child darling easily fit into the sexy tight black leather costume provided, J.Lo couldn't squeeze into hers.

According to reports, filmmakers had to stitch an extra piece of leather to the derrière section of the costume before filming could begin.

O.D.B.'S PATERNITY PROBLEMS

Late rapper OL' DIRTY BASTARD's widow is battling four other women who claim they too had children with the star and are consequently entitled to a piece of his estate.

O.D.B.'s manager JARRED WEISFELD Monday insisted the hip-hop star was paying child support for at least seven children before his unexpected death on Saturday and has birth certificates signed by O.D.B. - real name RUSSEL JONES - to prove it.

But O.D.B.'s wife of 13 years, ICELENE JONES, argues the rapper fathered only her three children.

Weisfeld says, "I have seen the birth certificates of the four children in addition to the other three and they are all signed by Russell Jones personally. There is no question that those children are his."

" We made him a promise, if or when he ever passes, all his seven children will be taken care of."

This claim is backed up by ODB's sister who confirms her brother really has only seven children, while some biographies say he fathered 12 or 13 kids.

A private funeral is planned for Thursday. Medical authorities continue to run tests to determine the cause of death for rapper ODB; funeral arrangements have not yet been announced.
