According to the Associated Press, rapper SNOOP DOGG is suing Philadelphia car dealer GARY BARBERA DODGELAND for $2 million. The 33-year-old rapper –- born CALVIN BROADUS -- is reportedly upset because the dealership ran ads featuring the rapper’s photo in the Philadelphia Daily newspaper, as well as infringed upon his trademark "izzle"-adding diction by asking in the ad, "Is Bar-Bizzle the Sh-izzle?"

In August, rapper 50 CENT –- real name CURTIS JACKSON -- filed a $1 million lawsuit against the same dealership for using the rapper's name in another ad.

EVA VOTED THE SEXIEST TV STAR

According to a recent survey by British supermarket Sainsbury’s, Desperate Housewives actress EVA LONGORIA was named the sexiest TV beauty of all time.

The 30-year-old Latina, who claims she was the ‘ugly duckling’ of her family growing up, was honored for her sexy performance as Gabrielle Solis in the hit US drama.

JENNIFER ANISTON, who played Rachel Green on Friends for ten years, came second in the survey, followed by Sex And The City's KIM CATTRALL as man-eating Samantha Jones in third place. PAMELA ANDERSON in Baywatch and SARAH MICHELLE GELLAR as Buffy The Vampire Slayer round off the top 5.

HULKSTER’S DAUGHTER BLASTS LINDSAY

Star Magazine reports that teen actress LINDSAY LOHAN has enraged yet another young female star – BROOKE HOGAN (the daughter of wrestling icon HULK HOGAN).

In a recent interview with the tabloid, the aspiring singer Brooke had a few choice words for the ‘Herbie: Fully Loaded’ star.

She tells the magazine, "(I) don't like Lindsay Lohan. But I don't want to go into that. I don't want to kick anybody's a$$, but I could if I wanted to."

Lohan, who recently patched up a reported feud with pop singer ASHLEE SIMPSON, has long been locked in a very public verbal battle with rival teen star HILARY DUFF.

The Times of London recently spoke with Lohan about her attempt to mend the feud with Duff.

"I called her last week, and I was like, 'Do you wanna hang out?' And her sister [HAYLIE] hung up the phone on me," Lohan revealed. "I don't like having enemies... and there's the saying, keep your friends close but your enemies closer. But it was like, literally, four years ago when that happened, we were 14, 15, we liked a boy [AARON CARTER], it was like a crush. Arghh, it was so stupid! And I was like, 'We have a lot of similar friends in LA, let's just be cool so if we see each other everything's fine.' I don't wanna have fights with people."

DIDDY GETS SUED AND DROPPED

According to a report on IMDb, male supermodel TYSON BECKFORD filed a $5 million breach of contract and copyright infringement lawsuit against SEAN ‘DIDDY’ COMBS.

In the suit, Beckford claims that Diddy's ‘Sean John’ clothing line continued to use his image and likeness to advertise the line without permission after his contract expired.

Beckford's attorney says, "What we have here is a blatant case of wrong doing on behalf of Mr. Combs and Sean John. They willfully continued to use Mr. Beckford's image without permission because he became known as the face of Sean John... My client reached out to Mr. Combs several times before coming to my firm. His manager BETH ANN HARDISON also contacted him to seek a resolution. They were not heard."

On Wednesday, Beckford talked with the NY Daily News about his retirement from modeling, blaming Diddy for "making the fashion biz ugly." He tells the newspaper, "Sean John has turned me off to the fashion world... He doesn't understand fashion. If he wasn't in the music business, he wouldn't be in fashion. I was doing the brother a favor."

In other Diddy news, FemaleFirst website reports that Diddy was left picking himself off the floor after he tried to crowd surf at a concert and was dropped by the crowd.

The rap mogul was performing at an Ibiza nightclub Space when the embarrassing mishap occured.

According to fans in attendance, the hip-hop star got so excited during the performance he leapt into the crowd, but instead of catching him they moved out of the way and let him hit the floor.

One reveller said, "He took a dive from the stage, expecting to be caught by his fans. But no one caught him and he landed with a thud on the floor."

After picking himself up, Diddy reportedly limped back on stage and carried on.

WHAT WILL BRITNEY NAME HER BABY?

The British Sun reports that pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS and husband KEVIN FEDERLINE's latest battle on what to name their son has the singer pleading for LONDON PRESTON, because the British capital was the place where she began her romance with the dancer.

Meanwhile, Federline favors the name VEGAS.

"She has too many bad memories of Kevin’s party days in Las Vegas," a friend revealed.

Spears is due to give birth in October.

SUGE KNIGHT SHOT

Death Row Records founder MARION “SUGE” KNIGHT is currently recovering in a Miami hospital from a broken right leg that was shattered by a bullet. During a swanky party before the MTV Video Music Awards Sunday night, initial reports claimed that Knight was reportedly shot by an unknown Black man wearing a pink shirt.

Although the party was packed with revellers, a Florida police spokesperson told the Miami Herald no witnesses have come forward.

"We’re not getting any information," he said. "We don’t have a motive. We don’t have a suspect. We have very little information and it’s very frustrating."

TV tabloid show ‘Access Hollywood’ has another theory. Due to the lack of shell casings found at the scene of the shooting, the TV show speculated that Knight may have accidentally shot himself. The segment suggested that Knight’s security could have cleared the area as well as taken his gun before police arrived.

Knight is a convicted felon and could be returned to prison if he was in possession of a firearm, ‘Access Hollywood’ said.

KLUM INSURES LEGS FOR $2.2 MILLION

ThisIsLondon website reports that pregnant German supermodel HEIDI KLUM has reportedly insured her sexy legs for $2.2 million. Bosses at razor company Braun suggested that their new spokesmodel get coverage for one of her best known assets.

The catwalk beauty then insured her right leg for $1.2 million and her left leg for $1 million. Klum’s left leg didn't quite measure up to her right leg because she has a small scar on her left knee.

Supermodel Heidi Klum has also set herself a tough task -- she has agreed to appear in lingerie at the upcoming televised Victoria's Secret fashion show just two months after she gives birth.

The heavily pregnant German stunner, who is due to give birth next month, won't let her impending delivery mess up her plans to hit the runway in November.

She says, "My trainer is going to fly in from New York and he's gonna kick my booty."

DR. PHIL’S SON ENGAGED TO PLAYBOY TRIPLET

The son of renowned TV psychologist DR. PHIL has proposed to former Playboy playmate ERICA DAHM, one of the triplet Dahm sisters.

JAY MCGRAW got engaged to Dahm in Dallas, according to Dr.Phil’s spokesperson.

The 26-year-old McGraw told syndicated TV show ‘The Insider’, "I asked her father for her hand in marriage first. I finally told my parents and they are ecstatic. She's the one I want to spend the rest of my life with."

After the August 26 proposal, Erica reportedly cried out, "Oh gosh, is this real?"

Erica, 27, and her two identical sisters appeared nude in the December 1998 issue of Playboy.

The couple will wed in Los Angeles but the date was not revealed.

READERS DOUBTFUL ABOUT PARIS

According to the recent Blender poll, PARIS HILTON's marriage to Greek shipping heir PARIS LATSIS is facing doubts before it even begins. The music magazine polled fans and discovered that a whopping 69 percent think that Hilton and Latsis are the celebrity couple most likely to get divorced.

Latsis proposed to the blonde hotel heiress earlier this summer, and the couple later flew out to Greece to hunt out an ideal wedding venue. And while they've yet to announce a date for their nuptials, readers of Blender magazine aren't too optimistic about their future together.

As one reader said, "You can't turn a ho into a housewife." The tally placed them well ahead of second place couple PETE DOHERTY and KATE MOSS, who picked up 19 per cent of the vote.

In other Paris news, 'Extra' TV show discussed Hilton’s current music project at the MTV Video Music Awards. Hilton said of her debut album, "My album is going to blow away everybody's." The celebrity socialite added that she plans to rap "a little bit" on the album.

LIL’ KIM THREATENS STEWARDESS

Troubled rapper LIL' KIM was reportedly almost kicked off a plane yesterday after getting into a loud argument with a flight attendant. A witness on the USAir flight told the NY Post, "Lil' Kim totally freaked out on the attendant. Some first-class seat mix-up. Called the agent a racist and pulled a 'Do You Know Who I Am?' The attendant had no idea and could have really cared less. Taking off shortly. She's now seated in back row of first class and has to be served by the flight attendant who she fought with. Things seem a little tense up there."

Last month, the pint-sized rapper was sentence to a year in jail after being found guilty of lying about a Manhattan shoot-out.

BRITNEY THE MEANIE?

Pop princess BRITNEY SPEARS was on the set of her little sister's Nickelodeon show last week and yelled at 13-year old co-star ALEXA NIKOLAS, leaving her in tears.

A source told the NY Post, "Britney had the talent coordinator bring [co-star] Alexa Nikolas over to [sister] JAMIE LYNN's trailer -- where she proceeded to scream that Alexa was an 'evil little girl,' and that she had better watch herself or she 'will never work in this town again!'”

However, Spears insists she was acting as any big sister would. A spokeswoman for Spears says, “Jamie Lynn and another girl on set were having problems, as 13-year-olds do.”

"Britney did have words with the girl, but felt she was sticking up for her sister. She did not yell by any means, she just gave the girl a sisterly talking to and wondered why they just couldn't all get along."

But the on-set source says, "Alexa was in tears. She was sobbing and totally upset -- it was totally uncalled for.”

MURPHY MACKS ON MARIAH

Pop diva MARIAH CAREY has been romantically linked to newly single star EDDIE MURPHY, after the pair were spotted together at a top Miami, Florida nightclub.

The NY Daily News reports that the singer was in Miami to attend Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards and was dining with friends, when she received a phone call from Murphy, requesting her company.

After arriving at the posh Prive nightspot at 2:30 am, onlookers claim the pair began whispering and huddling together, before they sat at a table, where Murphy "held hands with her under the table."

Murphy's estranged wife NICOLE filed for divorce earlier this month, citing "irreconcilable differences".
