Paris Swaps Pooch, Dunst Pregnant?

The Associated Press reports that grunge rocker COURTNEY LOVE tearfully admitted to using drugs -- which violation of her probation terms. On Friday, Love was ordered into a 28-day drug treatment program by a judge who said he had wanted to put her in jail.

"I think that you need to hit rock bottom before you make a decision about what you're going to do in the future," the Superior Court Judge said as he scolded a weeping Love.

She was in court for allegedly being under the influence of a controlled substance, which wasn't identified.

Love's voice cracked as she said, "Yes, your honor," when asked if she understood she was admitting to three probation violations. She is on probation in three separate cases.

The 41-year-old Love was told to enter a drug treatment facility by the end of the day. Her attorney wouldn't disclose the name of the facility or whether it was a lock-down program.

The judge ordered her back to court September 16 for sentencing on her probation violations.

JUDE FINALLY GETS 'DUMPED'; GETS NUDE

British power couple JUDE LAW and SIENNA MILLER reportedly have split for good, after the actor's attempts to win back his ex-fiancee following his recent affair have failed.

Law last month admitted having had a month-long love affair with his children's nanny DAISY WRIGHT, leaving Miller absolutely devastated.

Miller, who was photographed Thursday crying outside the London home they shared together, is unable to forgive his infidelity.

The 32-year-old star, who was taking time out at his mother's home in the beautiful resort, was changing into swimming trunks, unaware his manhood (*ahem* boyhood) was being snapped by sneaky photographers.

Law's spokesman angrily blasted the New York Post, "Oh, please! The guy is on vacation in France with his kids. People need to give him a little bit of a break."

Little is right. "He's no Tommy Lee, that's for sure," sighed one unimpressed publicist who previewed the photos obtained by the New York Post.

EMINEM ADDICTED TO DRUGS?

CNN reports that rap superstar EMINEM is being treated in the hospital for dependency of prescription drugs. The 'Slim Shady' star -- real name MARSHALL MATHERS III -- is battling an addiction to sleeping pills.

His publicist announced to the media on Thursday that Eminem is "in the hospital under doctors' care. He is being treated for dependency on sleep medication."

According to his website, the 32-year-old rapper canceled the European leg of his Anger Management 3 tour on Wednesday, blaming "exhaustion."

The 10-date tour was due to take place next month, The American leg of the road show wrapped up in Eminem's hometown of Detroit, on Saturday.

PARIS SWAPS POOCH

'MIGHTY MORPHIN' MURDERER

Former child actor SKYLAR DELEON -- who appeared as an extra in hit children's TV series 'Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers -- has been accused of brutally murdering a wealthy California couple by tying them to an anchor and throwing them overboard a yacht.

Deleon, 26, and his 24-year-old wife JENNIFER, have been ordered to stand trial for the murders of THOMAS HAWKS and his wife JACKIE last November in an alleged plot to steal their 55 foot luxury yacht.

On Wednesday, the Orange County Superior Court was told that the pair posed as interested buyers and requested a test run off Newport Beach where they ambushed the elderly pair with a stun gun before handcuffing and blindfolding them. They were then allegedly tied to the boat's anchor and ruthlessly thrown overboard where they drowned.

Police were alerted to the murder by fellow accomplice ALONSO MACHAIN, who claims Deleon delayed the planned killings by a week after discovering that Hawks, a retired probation officer from Arizona, was a larger man than first expected.

"It's haunting to think these nice, loving people were trying to hold their breaths as they sank to the bottom of the ocean," the Deputy District Attorney said during the hearing. "This is as cold-blooded as it gets."

All the defendants have pleaded not guilty, except for Machain -- who has since confessed to police and will be tried separately.

Rap mogul SEAN COMBS has once again decided to change his name. He announced to MTV news that he decided to drop the P from his name and be known simply as DIDDY.

The BadBoy Records boss, who already changed his name from PUFF DADDY to P DIDDY in 2001, wants to "simplify things". The 34-year-old tells MTV News, "Nobody knew what to call me. I'd notice that people were uncomfortable when I'd meet them for the first time, and then they'd ask me what they should call me, I even started to get confused myself - and when I'd called someone on the telephone it took me a long time to explain who I was. Too long. One word. Five letters. Period."

According to ContactMusic, pop diva MARIAH CAREY is reportedly angry and upset that rapper EMINEM has been playing private voice-mail messages she left for him in 2001 to audiences of his "Anger Management" tour.

During one "scene" in his concerts, Eminem is talking to the audience when Carey's smash song, "We Belong Together," comes on.

Eminem scolded the deejay and then Carey's messages start to play. "I heard you were getting back with your ex-wife," she says. "Why won't you see me? Why won't you call me? You're not calling me..."

As the messages play, Eminem pretends to vomit into a prop toilet and then launches into his song, "Puke," which has lines like, "You make me sick."

In a 2002 interview with Rolling Stone, the rapper claims the two had a brief affair and added, "On the whole personal level, I'm not really feeling it. I just don't like her as a person."

A friend of the pop singer claims the phone message isn't really Mariah's voice, but an actress impersonating her.
